I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, building management, and maintenance teams to investigate the broken exterior shutters and the response timeline during the tropical storm; we will confirm repair scheduling and review our storm-response communications so future guests aren’t left waiting. I’ve also asked housekeeping and inventory to review the unit’s bedding, towels, cookware, and paper supplies and to replace or upgrade items that don’t meet our standards. We’ll inspect the furnishings and address any quality issues. I’m glad the location and beach access worked well for you.
