We had a wonderful week at this location. The management company is responsive to all requests and needs.The condo was clean and the kitchen well appointed. The views are spectacular. I think the fact that we have already booked the condo for a week next September speaks volumes.

We loved this place! I would rate it 5 stars but we kept running out of hot water for showers. With 6 people we had luke warm showers more then getting a hot shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything! A cooler and lots of ice was so convenient for the beach. Loved our stay, will stay again. Thank you!

We’re glad you loved the property and that the kitchen, cooler, and ice made your stay convenient. We apologize for the hot water running out during showers with six guests — we’ll share this with our maintenance team so they can inspect the water heater and capacity to prevent future issues. Just to reference, the unit has a hot water heater like you would in your home and some are not able to heat the water for 6 people to shower back to back. It was a great property, beautifully cared for in a wonderful location.

Excellent location, boat slips/launch, direct beach access, breathtaking views of the beach and dealing with the owner a breeze. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo!

Easy beach access and not crowded anywhere on the property! The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Close to great food and fun as well!

Wonderful Place to Enjoy the Sea,Beach, Sand and Condo

This was the best condo we have rented over the years at Perdido Key. Perfect in location, well done with all of the accommodation and fully stocked and clean and safe. We loved it.
