While we appreciate your comments, we must clarify several inaccuracies in your assessment.Our five-bedroom home is meticulously cleaned by professional staff between every guest arrival, and we maintain high standards. The outdoor grill, while an older model, is fully functional and is thoroughly scrubbed and inspected before every check-in. Furthermore, the kitchen floor tiles are completely intact and structurally sound; there are no cracked tiles, though a few areas of grout naturally show cosmetic wear. We pride ourselves on offering an outstanding mountain estate at a competitive price. The tenant paid $700/night, which provides outstanding value for a home of this size and quality. We feel this review does not accurately reflect the excellent condition of our property.

Sorry that the AC broke at an inconvenient time. It has been fully replaced and the DVD player has been removed as the television has full streaming capability. The spiral staircase and the nature of the pool are disclosed in the rental agreement / VRBO description. Truly regret that you could find nothing to love in my beautiful home.
