Excellent space and location

This property had everything we needed. The kitchen space was perfect to prepare our meals. The living and sleeping space were comfortable.

Old Homosassa Hideaway

Cute condo in Old Homosassa, a little off the beaten path and close to all the area restaurants and activities. The unit was clean and had everything you'd need (other than shampoo and bath soap, which I always pack). This was our first time using vrbo and it was a very pleasant experience. Our host, Sam, was great and we look forward to a return visit.

Cozy stay

We loved our stay in Homosassa. The unit was cozy and comfy. It was chilly in the area, but the heater worked to keep us warm. There was an electric fireplace on the wall, but we couldn't get it to work. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable

Okay stay

The rental was fine and was great for dogs. Price was good. Wish it was closer to our water activities. Also no Spectrum tv so we couldn’t watch any sports.

Cute place

Small but nice! Clean! Had to buy some of our own items like TPaper, hangers. Not happy with tv and no instructions on heater, tv or garbage day, but finally figured it out! Never met the manager! Nice to have the washer and dryer available.

John, thanks for staying with us and giving us a great review. In order to keep our prices low, we don't provide unlimited toilet paper for guest staying multiple weeks. We provide enough supplies to get our guest through the first 3 or 4 days as most people have preferences for expendables, paper, coffee, etc. There are two large garbage containers close to the parking lot and we take them to the curb on trash days. The heater and the air conditioner work on the same remote and I thought it was fairly standard. In the future please reach out to me at the phone number provided prior to check in if you have any problems or need assistance. Thanks again.

Bed is not meant for 2 people…One towel to share provided.

The property was okay, it was clean looking. The bed dips in the middle with two people. I would have slept on the couch but there were no extra blankets and the bed only had one.Only one towel in the bathroom and no hand towel was provided. Had to share one towel with two people.It was okay…good location but no sleep due to the bed and it was just uncomfortable.

That's strange because when I got there to clean there were 4 wet towels, 4 wet washclothes, and several handtowels... If there was a problem I provided you with my personal phone number and we always have additional towels on hand. The bed is soft but some people love it. Sorry it wasn't to your liking.
