Very clean and well appointed. The hot tub was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very private setting and plenty of parking for our truck and boat. Would 100% stay again!

Check in was so easy and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items we needed. The hot tub was a nice ending to our evenings.

Very homey house in a convenient location to visit Madison and Vevay. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and furniture, hot tub, and games and records. Quiet, private spot in the country.

This place was great! The house was older but well maintained and super clean. First night I walked barefoot and there was no grit on the tile. There was wear on some items but it worked well for us. Our little 8 lb Maltipoo loved it. We were able to let her run around in the grassy yard and she had a great time. The neighbors have some big dogs but they are either very well trained or have an invisible fence because they never came over. The patio furniture was stained but not dirty. I didn’t get anything on my clothes after sitting out there in the morning. The little table next to the patio couch needs to be replaced but I was able to use the bench for my coffee. TV in the living room had issues with the volume not going up but my husband unplugged it and it worked better for a little while. Plenty of towels and some extras like creamer for the coffee. Hot tub looked clean but didn’t have time to get in. It was good and hot when I checked it out.

We spent much of our time on the porch as it was quite peaceful and pretty quiet. Maybe a couple more chairs outside would be nice, since the home sleeps 8. We preferred the lights off on the porch to eliminate so many bugs that were drawn to them. The purpose for our trip was to visit and hike trails at Clifty Falls State Park. Madison is a nice little town but most everything closes pretty early so plan accordingly. All in all we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

The hours was cozy and well stocked. Quiet and easy to find. We were in town for a casino run and it was a perfect location for our 3 days in Indiana. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

The property was a perfect getaway spot for us for the weekend. We came for the regatta in Madison and it was the perfect distance to get away from the crowds when we were ready to relax.

My brother and I stayed here for a long weekend while spending time in Louisville and Cincinnati. This is a very nicely built house with comfortable beds, nice furniture and applicances, and a great patio and hot tub. The owner is very accessible and friendly, and there are a couple of nice restaurants in the nearby town of Vevay. I definitely recommend this property!
