Right next door, the Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park is an outdoor playground with hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and even fat biking (available since 2017). After your adventures, you can unwind in the year-round spa and enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by nature.

Yet in just 7 minutes by car, you’ll reach the charming village of Val-David, known for its farmers’ market, cozy bistros, inviting restaurants, and unique local shops.

From the chalet or nearby, you’ll also find canoeing, kayaking, fishing, climbing, downhill skiing, ATV riding, sledding, ziplining, waterparks, and much more.

Although not lakeside, the chalet features a year-round spa and a heated pool in summer, with Lake Raymond and Lake des Sables beaches just 10–15 min away.

Set on a private wooded lot, it borders the “La Gyllespie” trail, leading to Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park (80 km of trails) for hiking, mountain biking, fat biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and climbing.

Entry is easy, with just a single step at the entrance. The ground floor is quite wheelchair-friendly, featuring a bedroom and a bathroom conveniently located next to the main living areas. This layout ensures comfort and accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.

Designed with a unique artistic vision by sculptor Robert Lachance, Chalet Sculptural blends creativity, comfort, and modern design. Nestled on a private wooded lot in the Laurentian mountains, it offers a peaceful retreat while remaining just 7 minutes from the village of Val-David with its restaurants, shops, and cultural activities.

The chalet features 4 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups of friends:

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed (main floor + main bathroom)
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed (main floor + main bathroom)
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed (almost closed room on the Mezzanine)
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed + 2 Twin beds (garden level + powder room)

All bedding and bath towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the spa or pool).

Enjoy a spacious open-concept living area with a cozy lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, along with a family room featuring a pool table. Three bathrooms are available, including one with a bathtub. A large terrace with barbecue (summer only) completes the home.

Chalet Sculptural’s design uses recycled materials throughout, making every detail a conversation piece. It’s the perfect blend of art, comfort, and connection to nature.

You will need a vehicle for getting around, and ample parking is available for all guests.

Please note: the chalet is located below the street level, with a small hill leading down to it.

Summer: accessible without any vehicle restrictions.
Winter: good winter tires are essential, and a 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended. Do not attempt to drive down the chalet driveway unless you have a 4x4, as you may not be able to get back up. It’s safer to park in the designated street-side parking area, just a short walk from the chalet. Please make sure all members of your group are aware of this guideline.

👥 Occupancy & Pricing
The base rate includes up to 4 guests (ages 2+).
An additional fee of $20 per person, per night applies for each guest beyond this number (minimum 2 nights per additional guest, even if staying only one night).
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
➡️ All guests must be declared at the time of booking.
➡️ Any undeclared guest constitutes a violation of the rental rules and may result in additional fees, penalties, and/or eviction. A $200 fee will be charged for each undeclared guest in order to discourage false declarations and ensure compliance with the chalet’s maximum occupancy and rental conditions.

🔥 Hot Tub – Accessible and operational year-round.

🏊 Pool – Heated and available from June 15 to September 15, or when outdoor temperatures are approximately 20°C (68°F) during the day and 12°C (54°F) at night. If you would like the pool to be heated outside of these conditions, an additional fee of $30 per day will apply.

🍖 BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided).

🔥 Campfire – Available during the summer season only, when the designated black steel fire pit with grills is installed.

🐶 Dogs – Welcome (maximum 2) at $75 + tax per dog. Dogs must remain on the main floor. Safety gates are installed for pets and children. Please keep dogs off sofas and beds, clean up after them outside, and if there is noticeable shedding at checkout, a quick brush or lint roll is appreciated.

🚫 Cats – Not permitted.

🕔 Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. No Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions may be possible upon request).

🧼 Supplies – We provide soaps for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands, as well as two coffee makers, filters, and a grinder. Please bring your own body/hair soap and coffee (ground or beans).

📹 Cameras – Exterior only, facing the entrance. Recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

📝 Pre-registration – Mandatory with ID to help prevent fraud. Provides access to the Virtual Chalet Guide.

💳 Security Deposit – A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival and released after inspection of the property.
