Ad aprile, maggio e giugno affittiamo la nostra proprietà per affitti di giovani prom / laurea e in luglio, agosto e settembre questa proprietà e tutte le proprietà circostanti vengono affittate solo a famiglie con bambini benvenuti, poiché offriamo un tranquillo ambiente adatto alle famiglie durante questo periodo.

Per i noleggi Prom / Group possiamo ospitare gruppi da piccoli a grandi. Durante questi noleggi di gruppo disponiamo di servizi di sicurezza a conduzione familiare per assicurarti un'esperienza senza preoccupazioni. Per i nostri noleggi di gruppo affittiamo su base PER PERSONA a seconda del numero di notti che alloggi.
Per un noleggio di 2 notti il costo è di $ 200 a persona.
Per un noleggio di 3 notti il costo è di $ 275 a persona.
Per un noleggio di 4 notti il costo è di $ 335 a persona.

In luglio e agosto affittiamo solo alle famiglie. Il costo per questa casa in affitto è di $ 2750- a settimana. I nostri affitti settimanali normalmente vanno da sabato a sabato.

La casa del 304 Webster Ave ha 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni e può ospitare fino a 18 su entrambi i piani. È a pochi passi dalla spiaggia / lungomare o dalla baia. Awesome house for a family trip!

The property was perfect for our family! Check in was easy, house was very clean. Location was great, Walkable distance to everything, we have 2 young kids (2&4) and we used a wagon for our beach stuff and my 4 yo was able to walk to and from the beach everyday, sometimes multiple times. We had a small issue with the AC and Joe had it taken care of the next day! Awesome house, amazing host. Highly recommend!

Great, Great, Great!!

The house was clean and very comfortable. Joe, the property owner was in communication with me from the day I confirmed the rental. Joe responded to all my questions before and during my stay almost immediately. He greeted us when we got there and and even let us check out an hour later the day we left, due to the fact that we were flying back to Tucson and our flight was at 5pm. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

A week at the beach

We all were delighted with Joe’s place. We were seven adults and two kids and everyone was comfortable. The house was immaculate and the outdoor space had cool breezes on the hottest days. The short walk to the beach was a piece of cake, and when one child was too tired for the fireworks, we stood outside the house and had a perfect view. All in all it was a perfect stay and we hope to return soon.

Seaside Heights, NJ 5 Bedroom

My family and I stayed in Seaside Heights for our summer vacation and rented both the upper and lower levels. Both properties were well maintained, clean, spacious enough for our family and quests. The kitchen was furnished with basic necessities. The location was peaceful, only a few blocks from the boardwalk, and has parking. The patio area has a grill and was an ideal spot for relaxing and enjoying a meal. Joe was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to stay at Seaside Heights.

Highly Recommend

Joe was welcoming and wonderful. He was responsive to any questions we had before, during and after our stay. My family and I would absolutely rent this property again. (Only little comment is the pin on the map for the listing is closer to the beach than the actual house - not Joe’s fault - and it was a great location that my mom (70) and dad (80+) walked to and from the beach/boardwalk everyday easily). Overall 👍👍!!

Great house for us

The property had lots of privacy and access to everything. Laundry, Grocery store, liquor store and of course the boardwalk. The house was plenty big enough for all of us and the whole family had a great time! Thanks Joe!

Fantastic family reunion!

Thanks to Joe and Darlene for providing an exceptional rental experience. We rented two of their properties for a celebration of mom’s returning health. The houses were shining clean and well within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Our 20 somethings loved the ease of going back and forth as did we. Joe's family joined us in bean bag toss and we are all friends now! He was immediately responsible in fixing a minor electrical problem and we felt very well cared for. We would rent from these folks again and Highly recommendthese homes to rent. Come and create memories of your own!

Clean, spacious, perfect location, great owner

Our extended family of 14 (including 7 kids between ages of 7-14 and one set of grandparents) stayed at the house for a week in the middle of August. Because of its convenient location, we enjoyed being able to easily go back and forth to the beach and boardwalk, even with all of our beach equipment. We spent one day at Island Beach State Park, and one day kayaking/doing the water trampoline park on the bay side. The upstairs living room was big enough to fit all of us to play Pictionary. We also enjoyed dining outside by the grill. Joe was extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful during our entire stay. We would recommend this house to anyone seeking a stress-free vacation at the shore.

Just as wonderful as the first time!!

This was our 2nd time at Joe's and it was great. We brought some friends along as we said we would and even sent Joe some other friends weeks prior. All have the same reaction... we're all coming back. The apartment was nice and spacious. The layout was amazing and having 2 young kids with us, made a lot of sense. We had the 2nd floor of unit 304 and really enjoyed the back balcony. The apartment had everything we needed and lots of room to spread out. As always the units are clean and very welcoming. It really is our home away from home by the sea. The walk to the beach is a hop and skip away, with just the right amount of activities to do around and on the boardwalk. Really enjoy how close we are to the beach and Joe provides us with beach passes for our stay. A great saving there. Joe is often onsite and ready to help or suggest places to go. He's a real gem! All one big happy family at Joe's and we always meet great new people who are also repeats. We will continue to return, continue to bring or suggest family/friends to try Joe's properties. Best place in Seaside Heights, NJ. See you soon!

Family enjoyed very much

We had a lovely time, despite some of the littles getting strep throat. I am a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the facility, but that was easily remedied, and we did bleach after the kids were diagnosed, so no worries to anyone reading this. What was really nice was that it really was in walking distance - a little over a quarter mile - to the beach. Very relaxing, and a very nice walk. Very close to the Acme and a very good Chinese restaurant around the corner from the Acme. Seaside Heights is very nice, with plenty to do on the boardwalk, including a nice little amusement park. The restaurants along the boardwalk and the pizza (3 Guys, I think it's called) are really good. You definitely get your money's worth there. So, overall, my stay there was wonderful. Joe, the owner, was more than helpful and helped ensure our stay was very pleasant.

Wonderful family vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand 'N' Seaside Properties. It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly what we saw online in the listing. No hidden surprises here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and fully loaded to make it our home away from home. Joe was great, very helpful and full of information for us newbies in Seaside, we really appreciated having him onsite. We had off-street parking, and felt safe onsite. Joe has gone to great lengths to make sure his tenants are safe on his properties and that was great for us having been with 2 kids. We were supplied beach passes which came in handy for our stay and the beach was a close walk. One of my favorite parts about staying at Joes was after having spent a couple of hours at the beach, we could come back home to our private terrace and enjoy some drinks in sheer peace. I would definitely see Joe again for future vacations, as a previous tenant stated... "US Canadians love Joe's place", and that's hitting the nail on the head. My only regret is having only had a week there... but we will be back Joe! Maybe with extra guests too... ;)

Great Place for our vacation....

We had a very nice time at Sand N Seaside Properties. Very clean house, great location, close to beach and in walking distance to fishing pier and water park. We will be back next summer.

Best weekend ever!!

I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend with 50 of my friends. It was one of the best weekends of my life and it was all thanks to Joe and his amazing properties. He was so accommodating, friendly, and overall just a very nice guy. The houses were great too. We all fit within three of the houses comfortably with no problems. Joe also had a couple of security guards for during the night who were just as great as he was. They made sure everyone and everything was in check but still managed to let us have a great time. Overall, I had an amazing experience here and would love to do it again next year.

Had a blast!!

Me and my friends rented out the 6 bedroom house at 308 Webster Ave for 4 nights. Our after prom experience really couldnt have been any better. Im so happy we ended up choosing this property to stay in. The home itself was clean and set up nicely. The owner, Joe, is a very nice man and simply asks for everyone to respect his property. Theres also so much to do in the area. We went to the waterpark, go karting, mini golfing, and the beach (all in 5 minute walking distance). And when we werent doing any of those things, hanging out at the house was just as fun. Theres plenty of backyard space to hang out and barbeque. You wont find a better place to rent. 5 out of 5 stars. Will be recommending this property to anyone who asks.

Great Location in Seaside Heights, located on Webster Ave which is central to everything. We are approx. 3 blocks or 16 houses from the beach/Boardwalk, a few block walk to the water park, great restaurants, close to the clubs (if night life is your thing were 3 blocks from Hemingways and 6 blocks from the Beachcomber), fishing/crabbing piers, jet ski rentals, local park with tennis courts/basketball courts, etc. Were also 2 miles from Island Beach State Park which has rustic Pristine beaches, 40 minutes from Great Adventure, and 1 hour from Atlantic City. We offer on site laundry room with several coin operated washers and dryers, natural gas grills (no propane to run out), outside sand showers, central AC, WIFI, and off street parking. We also provide seasonal beach badges for your use during your rental. With all our properties located together, we can handle a single rental or rent a whole house or multiple houses for a family reunion or prom/group rental in April/May/June. Our 304 Webster Ave property (this Home Away Ad) can sleep up to 18, our 308 Webster Ave. property (Home Away ad # HA 4786883)can sleep up to 20, and our 312 Webster property (Home Away ad # HA4804183) can sleep up to 14.
