Beautiful Hawaiian villa decorated so pretty with air conditioning. Views from the hill towards the sea and mountains are amazing just off the lanai. Enjoy your Kona coffee on the lanai watching palm trees sway and Hawaiian birds sing. Condo is clean with all the comforts of home. And you will find beach chairs and all the other gear to enjoy snorkeling & playing at the many beaches. Supermarket close by to buy food to cook in the well stocked kitchen and grills at pool close to the condo.So many wonderful beaches nearby and many island excursions to venture to. Famous Masaladas at Tex Drive In in Honokaa not too far and the beauty of the Hamakua Coast. Best Hawaiian vacation.

Family friendly, roomy and clean. Pool is right outside the back door, fast and easy to get to. The portable AC in the bedroom was plus for us. Host responds right away if there’s any questions. Discounts on golf ), my fave. Would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends.

Wonderful stay

This condo was nicely remodeled with upgraded appliances and furnishings. Very clean and good location, close to pool, tennis courts and golf. the owner and on-site manager were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This property isn’t only exactly as listed it’s also pretty central to many of the top sites to see on the whole island. The property manager was so polite. Had everything we needed and the locals were great.

Great Location

Right by the pool! Love the views. Nice kitchen to cook our meals. The kids preferred eating in. There’s a great grocery store nearby with lots of delicious meals too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful Stay!!!!

Really enjoyed our time at this unit. It had everything we needed. Very quiet and comfortable. We loved being so close to the pool, and grocery store. The owners were very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. Hope to stay again very soon!!!!

Great location, you can easily walk to the club house restaurant, golf and the club pool that has h20 aerobics. The condo pool is just steps away and when the weather is clear you can see the ocean from the back lanai. Only thing that would have been good to know is that there was not a lot of "leftover" kitchen stuff like most places have. Just worth mentioning if you plan on cooking. I was glad I brought my travel seasonings.

Waikoloa Villas

This was our first say at this property at Waikoloa Villas and at Waikoloa Village (we have stayed many times at Waikoloa Beach Village) - great trip, great unit, very responsive property owner and very polite / professional on site property manager. With out a doubt we will stay again at this unit in future visits.
