3rd bedroom. This is truly the simple life for those that want a place on the beach and a place to rest their heads. One assigned parking spot. Perfect for
friend's beach getaway or family vacation. Get your bags packed and come down to Ocean city and relax. Must bring your own blankets

Disappointed

Very disappointed in this apartment. Upon arrival, the door lockdidn’t work. We received the correct code, just incorrect instructions for. Owner later told us they sent us the directions for the upstairs door. When we went out Thursday evening, we had to let the door unlocked with our belongings inside. Also, the toaster did not work. Someone brought a new toaster while we were out for the day. Just left it on the counter in a box. Never remove the old broken toaster. There were five remotes for the TV no instructions at all on how to use them. One remote had no batteries. There is rust on top of the fridge from the air conditioner dripping on it, the floor was very dirty, no exhaust fan and bathroom. Water pressure and bathroom Was terrible. There was a makeshift shower built into one of the bedrooms. The second parking spot was Not in the immediate location of the rental. First parking spot was so tiny, could hardly fit into it. They only plus is it’s a great location. Overall, Very disappointed and would not stay here again, or recommend it to anyone else.

Complete Disappointment

Extremely Disappointed - When sharing upon arrival with the owner all the things broken or not there we were told yes we are aware- this home should not be rented as is. Carpet is so dirty you MUST where shoes at all time and not touch flooring with personal items. All but 2 chairs on deck were broken you could not sit in them. Outside table so full of mold we needed to cover to use. Leak under Kitchen sink we had to continuously keep an eye on, broken front windows we could not open for ocean breeze and so dirty hard to see out clearly. Semi patched hole in one bedroom wall, beautiful bedding in pics - not on beds upon arrival - we had to go out and buy 5 blankets. this was NOT on the preparation note however was added later so am sure others complained. We paid top dollar and had high acceptable hopes for what we saw in the pics....NOT at all what you get. We have pictures of all issues and will be seeking assistance with cost as it was 100% unacceptable. We have stayed in many rented personal and corporate homes, this by far was the worst experience for what we were shown and were expecting. This is only a partial list of all issues. Too many to list here.
