Direct Ocean Front 3 bedroom 2.5 Bath unit. This is as original as it gets in OC with this vintage unit with a fresh coat of paint in 2023. Updated with new bedding and some Furniture. This place is perfect for the Beach Bum in you as you are literally looking at the ocean out of every window and you are 10 steps to the beach. Book this unit with 2 other units in the building for larger gatherings, or just meet new friends and start a new Ocean Front Tradition.

Great location.

The location of this house is perfect! You can step right onto the boardwalk from it and be able to see the beach from the porch. It was a good location for my 88 year old father to take short walks, look onto the ocean and watch people right off the porch. Besides the boardwalk stores, there was a convenience store a block up for beers, cases of water...etc. It was also great that our kids 12-17 were able to walk the boardwalk on their own without having to cross any streets. The house is super convenient for families with kids and elders. However, the house can use a little more lounge space for a house that accommodates 10 people, as it only had two small couches. Other than that, the house was clean and the property owner was very responsive. I would certainly stay here again.

Location was great, right on boardwalk and steps away from the beach.However does definitely need some upgrades.Some kitchen appliances definitely need updated or thrown out, air conditioner extremely loud in the kitchen. Visible mold or mildew on shower curtains, and around base of showers, and broken tile in bathroom. Floors very sticky. Would also recommend more than one towel per quest for a five day stay and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. No blinds or broken blinds on windows, and windows very dirty downstairs looking towards the beach. Would be nice to have a broom and dust pan also on location to sweep porch so not as much sand carried into the house.

Ive never had a company do so much for me and my family. They gave us a list of what was at the house and what we needed to bring. Then they checked up with us several times during our 4 night stay. I now will look for the OCHG on VRBO when i book in Ocean City, Maryland!!!

Liked Ocean Front and Boardwalk But inside is OK

Liked: Ocean Front, Sun Rise watch, Board Walk access, Moon Rise Watch Disliked: AC not working on TV Room, No Broom/Vacuums Cleaner, Master Bed AC is very Noisy, All beds are very poor (Sinking).

On the boardwalk - Free Parking

Barely the basics, two rolls of toilet paper and no dish soap or sponge, but make sure you was the dishes before you leave. But…YOU ARE ON THE BOARDWALK. Great spot, good people watching and what an ocean view. Will definitely come again!!!!!! P.s. The beds only had white sheets so… bring your own blankets or turn off the AC.

First time!

First time renting a house ever! I usually stay at a Hotel but to have the privacy of a home was quite the experience! The house is very well kept! Having parking in the rear of the home was a plus! You can't beat the location!
