Direct Ocean Front 3 bedroom 2.5 Bath unit. This is as original as it gets in OC with this vintage unit with a fresh coat of paint in 2023. Updated with new bedding and some Furniture. This place is perfect for the Beach Bum in you as you are literally looking at the ocean out of every window and you are 10 steps to the beach. Book this unit with 2 other units in the building for larger gatherings, or just meet new friends and start a new Ocean Front Tradition.

The only best part is the location, but the stay is not as expected. We have been charged a decent price, but it was not at all worth it. House is equipped with very old A/C's which causes huge noise when turned on in every room, and during the stay we encountered multiple issues like leaking bathroom water from the roof.

First time!

First time renting a house ever! I usually stay at a Hotel but to have the privacy of a home was quite the experience! The house is very well kept! Having parking in the rear of the home was a plus! You can't beat the location!

Liked Ocean Front and Boardwalk But inside is OK

Liked: Ocean Front, Sun Rise watch, Board Walk access, Moon Rise Watch Disliked: AC not working on TV Room, No Broom/Vacuums Cleaner, Master Bed AC is very Noisy, All beds are very poor (Sinking).

Ive never had a company do so much for me and my family. They gave us a list of what was at the house and what we needed to bring. Then they checked up with us several times during our 4 night stay. I now will look for the OCHG on VRBO when i book in Ocean City, Maryland!!!

On the boardwalk - Free Parking

Barely the basics, two rolls of toilet paper and no dish soap or sponge, but make sure you was the dishes before you leave. But…YOU ARE ON THE BOARDWALK. Great spot, good people watching and what an ocean view. Will definitely come again!!!!!! P.s. The beds only had white sheets so… bring your own blankets or turn off the AC.

Great location.

The location of this house is perfect! You can step right onto the boardwalk from it and be able to see the beach from the porch. It was a good location for my 88 year old father to take short walks, look onto the ocean and watch people right off the porch. Besides the boardwalk stores, there was a convenience store a block up for beers, cases of water...etc. It was also great that our kids 12-17 were able to walk the boardwalk on their own without having to cross any streets. The house is super convenient for families with kids and elders. However, the house can use a little more lounge space for a house that accommodates 10 people, as it only had two small couches. Other than that, the house was clean and the property owner was very responsive. I would certainly stay here again.

Location was great, right on boardwalk and steps away from the beach.However does definitely need some upgrades.Some kitchen appliances definitely need updated or thrown out, air conditioner extremely loud in the kitchen. Visible mold or mildew on shower curtains, and around base of showers, and broken tile in bathroom. Floors very sticky. Would also recommend more than one towel per quest for a five day stay and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms. No blinds or broken blinds on windows, and windows very dirty downstairs looking towards the beach. Would be nice to have a broom and dust pan also on location to sweep porch so not as much sand carried into the house.

The house is in the perfect spot on the boardwalk. The host was prompt and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I read a lot about how loud the A/C units are but they sounded just like every A/C I've ever used. The views were amazing and the parking was adequate for two vehicles. Check in was a breeze. I've read reviews saying there was no broom but there was a new one ready for use to sweep the sand if needed. We will definitely look into this rental next time we visit Ocean City. I have lots of great photos and a video but for some reason I can't upload them to the review at this time. I will try to edit my review later to upload them.

On the boardwalk. Large porch, very useful. Guests can be inside or outside. Kitchen worked well, all plumbing worked well. In the kitchen has some dishes available. Spoons and forks. Id recommended getting some disposable, there are only a couple forks and spoons. Plenty of water pressure. Plenty of space the rooms are big. 1. Yes I recommend this house for a family. 2. Needs more chairs in the living room. Pull out sofas worked well. 1. Bathroom on main floor. There are steps out back where you park but if you go around to the boardwalk side to come up the porch there are less steps 4 steps then 2 and your inside. Bring your own towels, you get just one provided. Beds sheets and pillows provided, if you want a blanket, bring your own blanket.window AC units all worked well. Host was very helpful, answering multiple questions from me. Coffee shop quickies, highly recommended close to the house, also close to the house is a good pizza place you can walk, get whole pizza if you want. Id stay at the house in the future. Also recommended bringing some outdoor chairs for the porch.

Perfect property for stepping right onto boardwalk off the porch and right onto the beach!!! Be sure to read what they tell you to bring (ex. Towels and wash cloths) they give 1 per guest, not per day . Overall, I would stay there again!! :) perfect for families e little ones that want lots of beach time!!! So convenient to walk right to beach . There is a hose on the porch to rinse off, although I did go buy a broom to sweep sand inside the home :)
