This little spot is great for 2-4 people and a dog - we stayed with two adults and a dog and it was perfect. A short walk to the beach and sharkeys, one of the better beachfront bars in the area. The yard was huge and perfect for our dog. When we wanted to add nights they made it super easy for us. It was 100% worth the price point.

Communication from host was great ran into issues with the ac during our stay and they were resolved asap.

The best part is the backyard for furry friends! It was overall a decent place. There were some things that could have been cleaned better. There was construction next door or close by that was very loud during the night and day. The home is close to a car rental place & it’s loud when cars keep passing by and my dog was terrified. So if you don’t mind the noise the place is great. Good location.

We enjoyed staying here. The only thing for us was the ac. The air worked great at night but during the day it was way to hot. Filters and return air vent really needs to be cleaned.

Overall it was a nice place to stay for a quick getaway. The sofa is not super comfortable as it is sections put together not one solid piece. The bathroom floor was a bit of a tripping hazard due to uneven tile by the tub. Found a mat to put in the tub so that the crack in the floor of tub wouldn’t cut our feet. These were minor things but still notable. It would’ve been nice for the grass to be cut before we got there since it was pretty tall.

Overall the stay was pretty good, since it is now owned by a company instead of privately owned, communication was a little slow. When we stayed here previously the response time was much better before. Overall pretty decent stay. Only issues we had were there was no tv remote we had to download a Roku remote on my phone to use the TV and then someone came to mow the yard while me my sister and dog were still checked in causing him to have grass all in his paws and grass all over my sisters car.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the yard. Bonus was the the yard was fenced in our schnauzer Shultz had a ball. Thank you for having a a grill we enjoyed using it. My wife liked the green live plants in the house. The bed was awesome.The couple things for improvement hair dryer was missing. The Tub has a crack in it. The fence had two week spots that we patched with a board and two paver blocks. The washer might be off balance. We would like to come back every thing was within walking distance

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed this place, we travel with our pup and this was a great fit for anyone traveling with a dog. Also short walking distance to the beach and places to eat.

Perfect little house for our short visit. WiFi didn’t work when we arrived, but was quickly fixed, thank you Kami. Our dogs loved the yard and the occasional squirrel visitor. Far enough off the main road for peace and quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do.

The location is perfect for an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. The yard is perfect for pets and the unit is cozy for a small group. We had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

Clean place, looks good, bed was broken. Rocks left to right when sleeping. Pictures had two bunk beds but only had one. Communication stopped with tenant when asked about it. Great location, a/c was cold, had Roku.

Small and comfortable

The place is located at the great location near the beach and across restaurants. If you need a affordable place which js just a walk from the beach, this is the place.

Good location

We liked the location to beach and restaurants. Loved that we could bring our dogs. The fenced yard was great for them and us to sit outside and relax. Friday night had a little louder street and neighbor noise but on the main drag we expected that. there is only 1 set of bunk beds, not two.

Excellent experience

House was nice and clean. Love that is pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard. Literally minutes away from the beach. My only suggestion is to install curtains in the bedroom due to a lot of light at night. Will definitely book again.

It’s a lovely place, but the outdoor patio had some unsightly feces, which I’m not thrilled about. My puppy won’t go outside to relieve itself, and also the kitchen some dirty. Thanks.
