Newly built townhome just steps from the ocean with modern furnishings and beautiful seawater lagoon and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with filtered drinking water and all cooking essentials to entertain guests in our open concept condo with a dining table for 6, large sofa and love seat, Smart TV and ample patio seating. Two King bedroom suites are complete with comfortable beds, cozy blankets, pillows, luxury linens, wardrobes, custom window coverings, Smart TV’s, Wi-Fi, private ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and view balconies.
Just steps from the amazing Sea of Cortez. Relax and play on the private beach while swimming in the calm ocean waters.
Eagle Village community amenities include a beautiful sparking pool with a variety of depths, oversized spa, loungers, benches, restrooms, outdoor shower, seawater lagoon and dock with complimentary paddle boards and kayaks, covered BBQ dining and grassy areas.
The Islas Del Mar Community offers a Signature Jack Nicklaus golf course that is completely surrounded by circulating seawater, we’re please to provide our guests a golf discount.

Because of our busy work schedules, we’re not always able to get away and would love to share it with you! Hope you’ll make as many amazing memories as we have!

One day while visiting Puerto Penasco, we discovered the beautiful beach and golf community of Islas Del Mar. We relaxed all day until sunset and found it impossible to leave. We decided then and there that we would build our Sunset Beach House here to make many magical memories with our family. As our family grew, we expanded our space next door with a 2-bedroom townhome at Eagle Village overlooking both the lagoon and sunset beach.

Sunset Beach & Lagoon View Condo is the only ocean and lagoon front townhome with Two King Bedroom Suites available for vacation rental at this time. The community offers a sparkling pool with variable depths, hot tub, BBQ and grassy areas with a community dock situated on the edge of the beautiful white sandy lagoon beach with water activities surrounding the Islas Del Mar master planned community with Jack Nicklaus Signature designed Golf Course and ocean views to enjoy unforgettable evening sunsets.
