Questo splendido appartamento, arredato in uno stile fresco e contemporaneo, è l'oasi ideale da cui partire per avventurarsi nelle strade affollate e le piazze del centro storico ed esplorare i suoi numerosi edifici imponenti e musei a piedi. Il 'Centro', come la chiamano i locali, è stata dichiarata Patrimonio dell'Umanità nel 1991. È chockfull di tesori aztechi e coloniali, affascinanti musei, vie dello shopping affollate e mercati, e un sacco di ristoranti e bar. Qui si sente il polso pulsante di questa grande megalopoli - e tutto a pochi passi di distanza dal vostro appartamento.

Situato all'ultimo piano di un palazzo signorile, questo attico offre una vista mozzafiato delle principali attrazioni di Città del Messico. Ha una superficie abitabile enorme, con una terrazza piena di piante, quattro camere di charme, tre e mezzo bagni in marmo (uno con vasca idromassaggio), e di una moderna cucina ben attrezzata. Ospita comodamente sette persone.

Il costo di affittare l'appartamento dipende dal numero di camere da letto che occupano. Le tariffe partono da € 200 / notte per una camera da letto matrimoniale e salgono a € 340 / notte per l'intero appartamento (7 ospiti, 4 camere da letto). Perfect location and beautiful property. Fabulous sunset views over the Bella de las Artes. Petra was easily accessible when we needed and beyond helpful. She has tons of resources in the apartment and all of the suggestions were spot on. The property is very safe .

Perfect place perfect location

A large clean place in a wonderful location. The fresh pastries and mini bar could allow visitors to only leave for dinner at the many great restaurants nearby. The many historic attractions within walking distance and a subway stop around the corner will give guests many sights to visit.

Perfect location / Wonderful host

Penthouse has character and great views. Great homebase for exploring centro historico without need for transit. Petra and her team were attentive to details and made us very comfortable. We loved our time there and will definitely return!

Beautiful apartment

We spent a week in the penthouse and absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and spacious living areas. We loved the location in the Centro Historico district and could easily walk to the Tempo Mayor and the Palacios de Bellas Artes. Great communication with Petra and she was very helpful in helping us plan private tours.

Stayed for a birthday celebration with friends and had an absolutely great time! Petra could not have been better as a host and as our guide. We enjoyed our time there, including the rainstorm that unfortunately cut our tour short. This was more than made up for by the cook she set up for us to have the most relaxing and delicious dinner in the penthouse. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was in a perfect location to enjoy the historic center of the city.

The apartment was perfect for our family, but what really made our stay memorable was the incredible hospitality of Petra and her staff. Her warm welcome and easy access made our first trip to MC seamless. Petra’s restaurant recommendations, setting up our pyramid tour, airport transportation and setting up our incredible dinner with Ceci made our vacation.

This spacious penthouse is well located in the Federal District of Mexico City. This location provides easy access to tourist sites, bus and metro lines, tour buses, and wonderful restaurants. The owner provides extensive services and support for your particular activities and needs.

This apartment is exceptional. It is located between the Bellas Artes and the Plaza de la Constitution in the Centro district, within walking distance of numerous fine restaurants and many attractions. The apartment is in a lovely old building and overlooks the city skyline. It has a lovely main room with terrace around two sides, a well apportioned kitchen and lovely fine art and folk art making it feel like a place you want to come home to.The hostess is wonderful and has a lovely continental breakfast laid out every morning, with fruit, breads and pastries, and coffee or teas to choose from.The apartment is cleaned daily. Information about the surrounding area is there to help plan your adventures, and Petra is very knowledgeable about the restaurants and places to visit, and very helpful with anything you might need.The apartment is accessed by elevator, so people with disabilities can enjoy it too.We will definitely come back here again and again.

We are world travelers, but first time to Mexico City. We were more than impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness in the City. Petra, our host was the unexpected treat on top of a wonderful trip. She treated us as valued friends. She shared recommendations, and information. And took us to her friend’s home for the Dia de Muertos. We were very generously included with traditional Food and full view of the grand parade! The apartment is in the center of all the events and festivities. Culturally adorned, with all the amenities imaginable. Very spacious, a family could comfortably reside. We loved our Mexican adventure and especially our host, Petra.

Vacation in Mexico City

Stayed for a few days during the Epiphany of the Lord. Went to the Basilica, Xochimilco and Chapultepec for a Mexico ballet presentation. Everything was amazing. The stay at the suites was pleasant and the owner Petra surprised us with a rosca de Reyes. That was so sweet. Also arrange transportation for us and was available at all times if needed.

Fantastic property and perfect location

We had such a great time in this apartment. It was a perfect place for my husband and myself my children and their significant others. Everyone gasped when we walked in and how beautiful it was. It was also well appointed, with things like hats and umbrellas, if you forgot them. Petra is a wonderful host and made us feel very at home. The continental breakfast helped us get going on the day without worrying about a restaurant. Location is so perfect for seeing the historical district. And we took Ubers to the other parts of town.

Petra, the German owner (she speaks German, English, Spanish and French) has lived and worked as a journalist in Mexico for over 40 years. When authorities began to spruce up the decaying Centro Histórico 20 years years ago, she bought two apartments on the top floor of a stately building between the Zocalo (main square) and Bellas Artes (the opera house).
