This property was the perfect place for our annual girlfriend's trip. it was perfectly spacious with three king bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms! The kitchen, dining area, and living room were open and welcoming. The house was very clean, and the check-in very easy. It was just a short walk to King Street. When we needed to reach out to The management company for a request, it was satisfied in a very timely manner. We would absolutely stay at this property again if our travels take us back to Charleston.

A very nice house which was clean and had parking for the one car we had, a big bonus. There was some noise from upstairs, but for the most part it was quiet and we had a pleasant stay. It would have been nice if you'd provided Kleenex, which is super picky but true. It was a little farther off the beaten track than I would have liked, but it's a nice neighborhood, we felt safe and it didn't take that long to Uber to town. Overall, we would stay there again.

All the big beds and bathrooms were great. The location was nice. We didn't sit on the couch at all because it was so stained and one of the bathrooms was dirty.

Very nice place with three master suites! Perfect for our three couples. Great neighborhood near coffee shop (Bad Bunny) and near shopping. Had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect Downtown Stay!

This was our best VRBO experience to date. Clean, ideal location and comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely and had amazing restaurants. We cannot wait to return sometime soon :)

The OakTree was perfect for our group! The home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The living room had a beautiful large couch that made it easy for all of us to relax together. Having three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional powder room was ideal for six girls getting ready and spending time together. Everything was spotless, stylish, and very well maintained. The location was also fantastic and close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Girls Trip

The house was perfect for us. We loved having our own bathrooms and it was a short Uber ride to lots of restaurants and activities.

We loved this house it was well taken care of well stocked with dishes and toiletries towels Etc. It is not as close to King Street as we originally thought but easily within driving or bicycle distance. Beds were comfortable and towels were clean and soft. Would definitely say here again

Lovely stay in Charleston

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood, walkable to King Street, CoC campus, the battery, etc. It is a stylish, modern, and comfortable place with beautiful design. The communication before, during and at check out was excellent, seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Great space

This unit was perfect for our group as the beds are large and there are plenty of bathrooms. There was plenty of space for eating and relaxing in the den. I would definitely book the spot again.

Clean and comfortable!

Best VRBO stay we have ever had. Everything was perfect from the location to the layout of the rental. Having a parking space was great as well. Highly recommend!

Charleston house

The location was really good, it was close to all the things we wanted to see. The neighbors above were a bit noisy but there was a noise machine in each of the 3 bedrooms and that helped a lot.

Spring Street Superfind!

My family and I stayed at this property for a long weekend to enjoy Charleston. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for your stay. It is just a short ride to Downtown and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful streets to explore nearby. The bedrooms can get a bit hot if you are staying in the summer, so I would suggest leaving your door open at night or bringing a fan.

Great Stay in Charleston

I have been to Charleston over a dozen times. The stay in this home was lovely. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was perfect for my daughter, my sister and myself. Plenty of room to spread out. The parking space was really nice. I have never stayed in this part of town and it was really lovely and a nice change. Although it was about 8 blocks from King St. It was nice not to have all the crowds around. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around. I would recommend this home again.

not the best

the house was styled pretty and the house was well stocked but it was very dirty. within minutes of my kids walking in and taking off their shoes, their feet were black. the floors looked and felt dirty. there were massive cobwebs in the bedroom window sills that were clearly not cleaned. the kitchen handles were sticky. however, the beds were clean and comfortable. the showers were beautiful and they provided plenty of towels.

This property was probably the best property I have stayed in, after years of VRBOing! 3 bedrooms and 4 baths; and each bath was incredibly well appointed and well-stocked. The kitchen? French kiss. Everything we possibly could need. And I don't know about you, but my friends and I always appreciate a huge, comfortable couch that we can all plop on. This property delivers. Highly recommend.
