Palm's Paradise is a 3rd row Oceanview home in beautiful Atlantic Beach that is full of light, color, and comfort. It is nicely furnished and enjoys a convenient location for walking to 2 beach accesses. You can choose a more neighborhood setting at the Beaufort Ave./E. Boardwalk Blvd access or The Circle Regional Beach Access with a boardwalk, bathrooms, outside showers, parking, lifeguards, picnic tables, shopping, and restaurants. Dog lovers can take their leashed dog to the beach, bring them back for a bath in the large hot/cold outside shower (dressing area and hose) then let them out in the fully fenced backyard to relax. A short drive takes you to the charming towns of Morehead City, Beaufort waterfront, and Fort Macon State Park. There is covered parking and a patio with furniture and a swing. A gas grill for cooking outside.
Prior guests have liked the reverse floor plan, where you enter the home in the foyer onto hardwood floors that feature an inlaid blue marlin fish. This leads to a bathroom in the hall with a shower and tub that is easily accessed by all 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and storage. The first bedroom is beside the bathroom with twin beds and a wall-mounted flat-panel Smart TV. Then proceed down the hall to the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, an armoire with a flat panel Smart TV, and access to the covered deck. At the end of the hall is a large primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, wall-mounted flat panel Smart TV, and access to the covered deck (seating) with a staircase leading to the backyard.
Return back to the foyer to a wooden staircase that leads you to the living area with an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and 2 accesses to the large semi-covered deck with plenty of seating and a dining table. The fully appointed kitchen: stove, microwave, dishwasher (new), refrigerator with ice maker. Small appliances: convection/toaster oven, blender, large toaster, waffle iron, electric fry pan, crock pot, deep fryer, griddle, and 2 coffee makers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee). It is connected by a short hallway that has the utility closet that holds the front-loading washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. A convenient half bath is across from the closet. The living area has plenty of seating including a tall table that seats 6 and a bar that seats 3. Comfortable reclining furniture (sofa, love seat, chair) for 6 and an additional sofa for 2-3. There is a cabinet full of DVDs (Blu-ray player provided), games, puzzles, and books or you can enjoy streaming or basic cable on the 65-inch smart TV. High-speed wireless internet for all your electronic devices.
Additional Amenities Include: 4 TVs including Living Area Smart TV with Basic Cable and streaming apps access and each bedroom with a Smart TV for access to streaming apps, Blu-Ray Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Enclosed Yard, Covered Decks, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furniture, Deck Swing, Covered Parking, Ceiling Fans, Iron/Ironing Boards, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with Dressing Area, and Interior Washer/Dryer. Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee maker, Oven, Refrigerator with attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waffle Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, Griddle, and Blender.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance year round.
