We loved staying at the brookside home! The location was perfect for us - we love being able to walk to cool outdoor activities, boutiqueshopping and tons of restaurants/cafes. Our puppy loved the fenced in backyard and walking too!

great location and perfect for a girls weekend in Tulsa! We loved how close the house was to the Gathering and to the Brookside area, and the Trader Joe's is very convenient. The bathrooms were a little tight, but true to the description. Need more wine glasses, as there was only one! And the light switches were laid out a bit weird! But we figured it out and had a few laughs with it!A nice little house that lets you explore a great part of Tulsa.

The best thing about this house is the location. Although it is directly on Riverside, which is a very busy loud road. The neighborhood smelled like weed, some tiles in the bathroom floor are broken, there are no bath mats, there was a dirty washcloth in the shower, which tells me maybe it was not cleaned. The converted garage bedroom got very hot because the vent in there was not good. Excellent communication with the host.

It was a cute, cozy older home. The primary bedroom seems like it was an old garage converted into a bedroom. The primary bathroom was extra snug and could use some tile replacement on the floor, but the rest of the place was perfect and just what we needed. The location can't be beat - we just walked down to the nearest intersection and across Riverside to get into The Gathering Place.

We had a couple small issues, but were resolved quickly. The location worked great for us. FYI - the bedroom with the en-suite bathroom has a few steps down to get into bedroom and a step up to get into bathroom.

Great location & perfect for family visit

This property was in a such a great location for our first visit to Tulsa. We spent time in the Gathering Place and Riverside Park. Was a short and easy drive to downtown Tulsa and was just blocks from great restaurants. The house was perfect for our whole family of adult kids and spouses. Great fenced back yard for our little “grand dogs.” And it had everything we needed for cooking a Mother’s Day brunch.

Cute house in a Perfect location!

This property was perfect for our small family's trip to the Starbird car show. It is a wonderful location for the expo center, close to great restaurants and close to the Gathering Place. We fit in it well. It was clean and had everything we really needed. The 2nd bathroom is VERY small and made it difficult for the couple in that room. But it was usable and clean. That "downstairs" bedroom was really cold. There is a space heater. But it makes me nervous to leave it on all night. Wish we would have brought more blankets. But! We would stay here again!

Such a lovely home in an awesome location! It's spacious and clean and easy to get just about anywhere. We had a minor hiccup getting into the house on our first day and Laurenda was amazingly quick in her responses and sent help right away. 100% recommend for anyone headed to Tulsa.
