Wow! Our stay was amazing, the house was perfect and Frances was absolutely incredible! It was clean, had everything we needed and more, and Frances was so accommodating, she was always quick to respond and so helpful. We will absolutely be back!Thank you Frances for a wonderful weekend!!

The home was amazing and beautifully kept! Location to pool was perfect. Not a terrible walk to the beach, we chose to drive most of the time. Perfect stay and perfect host!! Will use again

Family getaway

Perfect place if you have young kids the play ground and pool are right next to the house. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Wonderful beach house

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new beach house! The check in process was a breeze, and the house was very clean and well appointed. The house comfortably accommodated my kids and I with no issues at all and room to spare. The beach was easy to access, and the community amenities were a nice added bonus. Overall a great trip and a great stay at this property!

Family Friendly Stay

Seas the Day was an amazing stay for my family. We were in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect location and close to the venue. Check in was extremely easy, and the house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids’ room had 2 bunk beds that made it fun. They also had a few board games and some cars/trucks for the kids to play. Overall, this was a great location and stay. 5 stars!

10/10 would recommend! Owners of the house were very kind, quick to respond, and proactively communicative! I was a little apprehensive of booking a home across the highway from the beach, but it honestly wasn't an issue at all. The beach access was literally right across from the neighborhood. Next door is also the community pool and playground, which was perfect for the toddlers and big kids. House was very clean and had all the supplies needed! We look forward to booking with them again next year!

Great Beach Getaway

We had the absolute best time this weekend! The house is just a short walk to the beach and the pool/playground is right next door. The owners have thought of every detail! There are charger blocks by the beds, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, and I loved the water filter for drinking water. The Big Store is just a 5 minute drive down the road for any last minute or forgotten items as well. My children told me the bunk beds were the softest beds ever! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home in a quiet location

Brand new beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in very close proximity to the beach. We loved the layout and the open floor plan. Really appreciate the nice touches left by the host including bug spray, dish washer tabs, laundry detergent and toiletries. The access road to the beach is right across from the neighborhood on the quieter end of crystal beach and bolivar peninsula. From the home to the beach is less than 1/2 mile. Shops and restaurants are a short 5-10 minute drive away. Our family really enjoyed this getaway and will return hopefully soon. Note there’s a ton of mosquitos this time of year and they’re huge hungry and aggressive. Standing water everywhere including a pond across the road that appears to be out of service. Bring a hose end sprayer such as Cutter which kept them at bay so you can grill and enjoy the porch.

We are so glad your family enjoyed your trip and hope to host you again soon! Great advice for the hose end sprayer. We spray consistently, but the bay does make it hard when there isn’t a breeze. I will keep leaving courtesy items like bug spray to help on those still days. Appreciate the feedback!
