Stunning 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home on beautiful Upper Mill Pond in Brewster. The perfect retreat for an extended family gathering or two families traveling together; featuring 2 primary suites. Plenty of space to spread out, this home is designed for relaxation, connection, and comfort.
The open-concept main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, wine fridge, granite countertops, and a large dining table with seating for ten, plus an additional side table with seating for four.
Adjacent large living area centered around a 60" high-definition TV with a soundbar - perfect for movie nights or game days. A gas fireplace will keep you cozy on those cooler spring or fall evenings. The half-bath off the dining area conveniently accommodates the washer and dryer.
The first floor sleeping area includes a luxurious primary bedroom with a King bed, TV, private en-suite with tub, and slider access to the deck and outdoor shower, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and shared bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a comfy loft with a second gas fireplace and TV, a second primary suite with a Queen bed, TV and private bath, and two more bedrooms - one with Queen size bed with TV and the other with two twin beds - sharing a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stall shower.
The outdoor space is a highlight with a 60' deck and retractable awning offering plenty of room for relaxation and activities. Enjoy grilling on the deck, dine al fresco, or simply soaking in the serene views of Upper Mill Pond. Walk down the dock stairs to where you can kayak or fish from your private dock. The nearby Association Beach is an easy spot to launch a rental kayak or canoe.
