Cammina per due minuti attraverso i giardini tropicali fino alla spiaggia più bella di Kaanapali con lo snorkeling fantastico proprio di fronte alla proprietà.

Pranzo sulla spiaggia per colazione, pranzo e cena serviti in riva al mare, il famoso ristorante Cast Away a pochi passi dal condominio per quei giorni in cui non si vuole cucinare.

2 piscine e jacuzzi tra cui scegliere, una è proprio accanto al condominio, l'altra a 2 minuti a piedi attraverso i giardini.

Carrello gratuito per l'altro lato della roccia nera al famoso Whalers Village, dove troverai più ristoranti, gallerie d'arte, negozi e molti sport acquatici tra cui scegliere.
Vicino a Lahaina Towne per più ristoranti, gallerie d'arte, negozi e altre attività.

La nostra piccola baracca di erba è decorata nello stile delle Hawaii vecchie con tutti i comfort moderni. Il bellissimo pavimento in bambù raschiato a mano offre una sensazione meravigliosa sotto quei piedi baciati dal sole. Goditi la nostra cucina completamente attrezzata, un letto king size molto confortevole, con lenzuola lussuose e molti cuscini e schermo piatto t. v. con Netflix o un lettore DVD con film insieme a CD di musica assortita. Forniamo anche un sacco di asciugamani extra, teli mare, boogie board, maschere, boccagli, sdraio e ombrellone per il vostro uso. C'è una zona barbecue sulla proprietà vicino all'unità e una lavanderia automatica.

Vi è un costo aggiuntivo di $ 12 per il check-in pagato direttamente alle Maui Kaanapali Villas al momento del check-in, nonché una tassa di servizio di $ 18 + tasse al giorno che include un pacchetto di parcheggio, wifi, cavo, prezzi spa scontati, lavanderia a gettoni scontata, giostre e un palestra completa.

We had an amazing time at the little grass shack! Jeanne has everything you need there. When the Monstera curtains are closed you truly feel like you are in a little grass shack. It's cute and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai, the view is beautiful. It"s so fun, the chickens and roosters hanging about was a thrill.The gounds of the Villa are beautiful, so many tropical plants all over the grounds. We were able park right infront of the condo which was very convenient. There is fresh coffee, tea and fruit in the main lobby every morning.There is a Trolley that comes every 30 minutes and it takes you to Whaler's village. The beach is a close walk, the castaway cafe is very good.Jeanne's grass shack is just steps away from the pool, she has beach towels there and ready.The wagon came in very helpful when doing laundry, she even has a cooler and ice packs which made it so much easier to take drinks and snacks on drives. The small personal touches are so kind and truly make you feel at home. We came for my Husbands birthday and she had left him a little surprise. He was so happy. We were there during Hurricane Nolo, we all had power outages, as soon as she could she could, she contacted us immediatly to make sure we were ok. She had an immdiate back up plan, but the power came back on. This was a much needed relaxing break, our first true vacation and I truly appreciate Jeanne for her part in making it perfrct!

I love how explicit your descriptions are, it really gives someone who has never been here a clear picture of what to expect. I am so happy your husbands birthday vacation was a success. Even with the one hiccup of the threat of a hurricane and the electricity going out it sounds like you had a great time. I really appreciate your flexibility and the willingness to go to plan B. We would have had a good time if we had had to go to plan B and spend time at my place in the jungle but I am glad you got to spend your last two nights at the beach. All was wonderful, lovely welcome basket, clean, bright, and tropically decorated with a lovely view from the lanai. Coffee in the hotel lobby and two pools available. The Beach Walk either direction was enjoyed daily.

We loved our stay in The Little Grass Shack. The cleanliness, decor, , welcome basket, and communications with Jeanne were perfect. So many little details that were unexpected and made our stay feel special. The kichen is well equiped to be able to dine-iin, if you choose.The property is walkable to the beach as well as many restuarants and shopping.

Great place, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend. The owner was responsive and great to work with. Fully stocked, basic spices in the cabinets, basic supplies like ziplock bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. A knife block with actual good knives. Easy walk to the beach and main pool, with the small pool only steps away. Will most likely look at staying again in 2028.

The stay was a bit mixed. The room was just as expected from the pictures on the website and the description given - it was clean and tidy, however there were a few issues during our stay. The air conditioner was quite noisy and unfortunately with all the previous rain Maui received, the room had cockroaches. With that said, the host was very responsive and ultimately provided reimbursement, which showed she cared about making things right. Overall the room, location on the property and customer service was fantastic. With attention to the few maintenance issues, this villa would be a fantastic place to stay.

Aloha Chris, Mahalo for your review. I am so sorry the enjoyment of your stay was interupted due to the visitation of the cockroach. We have had an extensive pest control treatment done so this won't be a problem for my guests in the future. The airconditioner was also attended to. Wonderfully appointed villa with everything we needed for our stay, including a wonderful Welcome basket stocked with local goodies. Host was very accommodating and providing us with local suggestions. Property was well maintained with friendly staff and great location on Kaanapali Beach. Already planning a return visit!

Our stay at Jeanne's little grass shack was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The condo is even more gorgeous in person. We loved using the private lanai for our coffee in the mornings. The beach chairs and toys were much appreciated. We will be back!

This is a wonderful studio room. The owner seemed to have thought of everything we might need during our stay including beach chairs, umbrella, etc., including a welcome basket. It is located next to an adult only pool and spa. Parking is great and the room could not have been cleaner. Highly recommend this Little Grass Shack at Kaanapali Villas.

Married only 11 months, we thoroughly enjoyed honeymooning at this resort property. It had everything we needed and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in.

Wonderful Vacation Condo!

What a beautiful condo! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is equipped with every amenity you can think of, and the welcome basket from Jeanne was a lovely touch. Can't beat the location, Kaanapali Beach is walking distance. We can't wait to come visit again.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Jeanne was amazing and made our stay extra special! The Villa was very comfy and relaxing and the location was great! We will definitely come back and stay here again :)

Our stay was great, the condo was clean and provided so many extras. The beach was a few minutes walk away providing a coral reef perfect for snorkeling. This resort is our favorite so far in Maui and we will be back

We love this place! My wife and I try to stay in this unit at MKV every time we visit Maui. It's a home away from home. Looking forward to our visit next year

Aloha, I’m Jeanne, and I have the joy of caring for our family’s villas at Maui Kaanapali Villas. I first moved to Lahaina in 1974, and since 1980 I’ve lived upcountry on the beautiful slopes of Makawao and Haʻikū. All of my children were born and raised here, enjoying the simple joys of growing up on Maui.

My oldest son traded his surfboard for a snowboard when he left for college, but my two younger boys still live on island and love spending time at our villa. My brothers and their families are based in California and visit as often as they can. In fact, during the 1980s, our entire family—parents, kids, and spouses—all lived together here at the Villas, filling the space with laughter and memories.

Now, it’s a joy to share this special place with guests like you. We take pride in treating our condos with love and care, and we’re sure you’ll feel the difference. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do—and perhaps we’ll have the chance to meet you soon.

When I first moved to Maui, my friends and I would park our Prindle Cat sailboats right on the beach in front of Maui Kaanapali Villas. It was our hangout spot—we’d spend hours sailing, relaxing on the sand, and ending our days at the Castaway Café bar. When my family came to visit, it quickly became our gathering place too.

In 1977, when my dad visited for the first time, he fell in love with the property so much that he purchased our first villa. A few years later, he purchased another, and ever since our family has been enjoying, remodeling, renting, and returning to this special place. Now some of my children are older than I was when I first arrived on Maui, and yet the magic of MKV hasn’t changed—it’s still our favorite place to spend time together.

Everyone in our family loves coming back to the villas, and just as my mom and dad passed them on to us, we know one day we’ll pass them on to our kids. Maui Kaanapali Villas remains one of the only places on Kaanapali Beach that has held onto that same warm, welcoming feeling it had decades ago. We hope you’ll find as much joy here as we have over the years.

Our condos at Maui Kaanapali Villas are truly one-of-a-kind because they’ve been family-owned, cared for, and loved for nearly 50 years. My dad first purchased here in 1977 after falling in love with the property, and since then three generations of our family have grown up sailing, swimming, and spending time at MKV. We personally live on island, so each condo is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully cared for—not managed by a distant company.

Unlike the busier parts of Kaanapali Beach, our location north of Black Rock offers a calm, serene stretch of sand that feels private, while still giving you all the conveniences of a resort: pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, beachfront dining, and easy access to Whalers Village and Lahaina. Families especially appreciate our bathtub for sandy kids, pull-out sofa, gated pool just steps away, and a full kitchen with a real fridge and freezer—details that make vacation simple.

It’s that mix of authentic Old Hawaii charm, modern comfort, and our family’s legacy of aloha that makes staying here feel so special. When you book with us, you’re not just renting a condo—you’re being welcomed into our family’s piece of Maui.
