Maisonette, is an intimate one bedroom studio apartment part of a 1920's house that we lovingly call L'Auberge Du Croissant. Meticulously designed with a minimalist aesthetic, this compact space is thoughtfully designed to offer simplicity and comfort. Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere with clean lines, neutral tones, and efficient use of space. Perfect for those who appreciate a clutter-free environment and a restful stay. The space offers a large full size bathroom, king size bed with and a dining workspace with a kitchenette and a multi-function oven to make simple meals.
The space is one of the four apartments located in the building. The Maisonette has its own private entrance. Only exterior areas/parking are common areas.
There is one parking space available. Additional parking for another car can be arranged with a prior notice. Please send us a message at the time of booking with a request for additional parking.
Located 5 mins from FLL Airport / Port Everglades (Cruise Port). 5-10 min to downtown, las olas beaches, bars, restaurants & malls. Quick access to major freeways to get you to Miami in 30 mins.
