Really nice place!

Overall it was a great stay. A few minor issues came up throughout the stay, and the property manager was very good about communicating and taking care of the issues quickly.

Our condo was amazing! Very pretty inside and the beds were awesome! We will be back. Having a location close to the pool was ideal! The property management company was great t work with and we enjoyed our time at the beach resort they secured us. Absolutely loved our stay!

This was our second visit to Pacifico in less than one year. Unit clean, well equipped. Excellent communication with property agents. We enjoy Pacifico community, easy access to Auto Mercado, banks and shopping all within short walking distance. No need for a vehicle. We rely on a golf cart for longer trips to restaurants in town. We are planning to return in November. Pura Vida.

Great location. The washing machine broke and they didn’t get it fixed during our stay.

Relax at Coco

It’s a good location to coco beach, the beach club, Hermosa beach where there is great local restaurants and easy access to the airport. You can go out on a lot of excursions from coco beach. The beds we’re comfortable, it was clean and the grounds are beautifully decorated.

This condo was beautiful. It was extremely well equipped. The location in Pacifico was perfect. We loved sitting on the veranda just adjacent to the pool. We also loved how close it was to town and within walking distance of the grocery stores and restaurants. Rich Coast was an incredible host. They were so quick to respond to any questions that we had. So impressed!

Shared this condo with a friend and found it well equipped for what was needed for the week long stay. The community grounds were beautiful and the pool right outside the unit was fabulous. All the important things worked like wifi, hot water, a/c, and appliances. While it has been updated, I do think its probably due for more updates to keep it looking pristine. If cost and security are important to you, this is a great option for the area.

Great location right next to the pool, a short drive to the Pacifico beach club, AutoMercado and a lot of fabulous restaurants. Your apartment is not only filled with lovely details but also beautifully renovated!

Awesome unit in a beautiful complex.

A very relaxing week in beautiful surroundings. This newly remodeled unit had everything we needed to make it home away from home for the week. Nothing like making breakfast and sitting on the patio watching the hummingbirds, the beautiful landscaping, and the pool while you eat. Secure gated community that was walking distance to everything you need.

Another great stay in Pacifco

This is our 2nd year coming to CR and staying at Pacifico. We loved the location of this condo with its patio access to the pool, great garden surrounding and quick and easy access to the property pedestrian gates to allow for all the fun of Coco. Bed was comfortable as were the rest of the furniture with plenty of towels and amenities. Highly recommend

5 star stay

We had an amazing stay at Pacifico and loved this unit. It was very clean and modern. The location next to the pool was so nice. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was very responsive and professional. The property manager helped us arrange a golf cart and it was a wonderful way to get around town. We love the amenities onsite as well as the beach club and proximity to restaurants and groceries. I loved the decor especially the fun wallpaper!

Great condo for exploring Coco

The condo was perfect size for us (me, wife, 11 year old daughter) to spread out and relax at the end of our vacation. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Pool is steps from the back patio. Management seamlessly arranged for a golf cart rental and airport shuttle.

Modern and clean

Hello, L403 was a overall very nice to stay in. We loved the location of the unit as its ground floor next to the pool and also very close to the main entrance. The place has undergone a very nice renovation making it much more modern. We loved the open design especially the island. Little touches the owners did were very nice as well. Such as the the photo of coco beach at sunset, the framed wifi password, the safe with instructions, the shower and pool towel. All very nice touches. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to be back again.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The property and the area are perfect for families. The place is beautiful, there are so many amenities, and it’s very close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The condo had all the kitchen supplies we needed, it was well laid out with comfortable furniture, and the condo location was great for all the activities we did around the condo. Our only concerns were a maintenance issue that was not resolved the whole time we were there, and how early the pool and hot tub closed. 9pm is just a little earlier than we are used to at other places we stay. Regardless, we would definitely be happy to stay here again when we return.

I did just want to note that the maintenance issue (the sliding door lock) was temporarily resolved the security bars until we could get the required part. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to access parts as easy as one would in North America so things can sometimes take a bit longer. Amazing

This property is absolutely beautiful. You feel like you're in the jungle. They keep this property immaculate. Everyone is so nice. We also rented golf carts which was fun. So mi h to see and do here. The condo was great and had everything we needed. The property management team is always available for questions. That helped us a lot since this was our first time in Costa Rica. Loved it!!

Great location in the heart of Playa Cocoa

The condo was a little messy when we checked in, trash had not been emptied from the previous tenants, and it appears it had been a while since the last occupant was in the property based on the smell Emi sting from the garbage and the mold building up. The property manager was super responsive, got it cleaned up immediately, and even left us a bottle of wine. Couldn’t have asked for more. The conso itself was great, had everything we could have needed, and was perfectly positioned in town. Great stay overall!

First time in Costa Rica

Had a wonderful relaxing time in this condo. Pacifico is in an excellent location and this unit was perfect! Would absolutely return and stay right here. Close to grocery, restaurants, beach and not far from the airport. Unfortunately the beach club was closed for updating and I know we would have used it a lot; however, the pools and landscaping were also very enjoyable to be at as well. Beautiful landscaping and the pools and hot tub are right out the door from this condo. Highly recommend staying here and thank you to the owners and management who were extremely helpful and so very nice! We would love to return. Laurie C

Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean and as described upon our arrival with plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great and the pool bar had great food and drinks. The shuttle to the beach club was quick and easy, although we walked after finding it the first time. We also rented a car through Rich Coast and it was available upon arrival, and the shuttle to and from the airport was a great bonus. We were able to arrange a beach tour with Ben that was fantastic, he was a great guide and a lot of fun, we'd definitely request him specifically for any other tours. We also enjoyed the catamaran outing arranged through Rich Coast. Would definitely use them again.

Cute condo in a convenient location

Cute condo with a nice beach club. Pretty clean with comfortable bed. Beach club is very nice for an extra fee! Beach club is not close ( 15 min walk) on the main roads that don’t have sidewalks.
