Regarding the entry process, the house has a front pedestrian/driveway gate as well as an outer door to the front entrance. This is clearly noted in the check-in instructions, but we understand that some guests may still experience difficulty despite the codes and keys provided. Our team remains responsive to all calls and messages at check-in to assist as needed. Additionally, this property is not set up for smart locks and only uses hard keys, but when you requested a second set, we provided them the same day as the callback clean to ensure you had what you needed. As for the cleanliness, we apologize that the home did not meet expectations upon arrival. We sent a cleaner the next day for a callback clean, and while the team addressed key areas during that visit, we regret that it didn’t fully meet your standards. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working to uphold our cleanliness standards. We appreciate your time and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We'd like to note that our team has since rewritten the check-in instructions to make the process smoother, including clear details about the lockbox. There are two AvantStay signs already posted in high-traffic areas—the kitchen and dining room—displaying the Wi-Fi information, and the check-out instructions are located on the wall next to the front door. The toilet issue has since been resolved, and the pool and hot tub are now fully operational. Lighting has also been checked and found to be functioning as expected. Your comments about cleanliness have been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure more thorough inspections moving forward. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we hope to welcome you back for a much smoother and more enjoyable stay.
