✓ This house has parking for four vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use
✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle.
✓ One car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact the Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ One dog is allowed with the payment of a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓ 4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
✓ 7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓ Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
✓ Beach Access can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort's organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
