Welcome to our absolutely beautiful, recently renovated 3 story, 4-bed, 2-bath haven in central Columbus! With 1700 sq ft, this home is tailored to guest comfort and experience, sleeping 10 comfortably, and in walking distance to OSU campus, the Expo Center, Short North, and more. This is a shared-wall of a duplex.

The living and dining area is ready for new memories to be made. The fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary desires and needs.

On the 2nd floor, a spa-inspired bathroom and three bedrooms await. Enjoy all original refinished hardwood floors and doors. All bedrooms come with charging stations for multiple devices. The main bedroom boasts a king bed and ample storage. The second bedroom features a queen bed, LED headboard, charging stations, and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom offers comfy bunk beds with twin mattresses.

Head up to the 3rd floor for a massive 500 sq.ft. 2-bed suite with skylights and a luxurious full bathroom. Enjoy a 72in long vanity mirror, tiled shower, and standalone tub. The sleeping area hosts two queen beds, a cozy reading corner, and an additional dedicated working space and desk. Perfect for a getting ready space for wedding parties, bachelors/bachelorettes, star gazing, and more.

Excellent comfortable stay near Ohio State campus

The property was everything it was said to be. It was very conveniently located to campus. It was remodeled very new and very clean and nice inside. Simone communicated very well and made the process of checking in and checking out and staying here easy. I highly recommend a stay here if visiting Columbus or Ohio State or the short north. 5 Stars!
