As soon as the issue was reported, we contacted several HVAC companies and arranged for service at the earliest availability. We also provided a refund of 50% of the base rate in recognition of the inconvenience. While we wish the repair could have been completed sooner, we made every effort to address the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you again for staying with us. To our future guests, we take maintenance concerns seriously and work to resolve them as quickly as possible when they arise. The air is in working order.
