We appreciate you taking the time to write a review on your recent stay at our Rio Grande Club 23B townhome. Feedback such as yours helps us identify areas for improvement. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the challenges you experienced during your stay with us. We appreciate you letting us know that the sliding door is warped and does not seal, which in turn allows bugs to enter the home, and that the grill was not up to standards, as this has not been an issue that has not been shared with us before and we will get these items addressed. The owners have been considering updating the dining room furniture. I will pass along your experience with the dining room chairs so they can execute that sooner rather than later. Our maintenance team went to reattach the screen door and found it warped and unable to fit in the slots due to sun exposure. We are working on a different solution as this will continue to be an issue with the intense sun exposure. We are sorry that the west-facing sun impacted your ability to enjoy the patio. We had not had anyone share their experience concerning the patio sun exposure. I will brainstorm ideas on how we can best reduce sun exposure on the patio so guests can enjoy the afternoon out there. When you shared your experience with the windows, we contacted the owners. They are currently working with the HOA to find a solution to get the windows replaced, as that particular window company is no longer in business, and the cranks are not available for purchase. Though our apology does not change what occurred, we can assure you we use this feedback to make improvements. We hope that, should your travels bring you back to the area, you will allow us to serve you better.
