The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of space for everyone and cozy comfortable beds. A very short walk to the beach, plus the pool and hot tub were an even shorter walk across the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and easy access to everything we enjoy! If you have multiple vehicles, there’s only 1 space per unit, and the RV park is a bit of a walk. Other than that, it’s perfect for a single family vacation!

Excellent week in june

This property is very close to the beach. It was just a short walk. They had a closet with beach chairs, sand toys and other beach items for use which was very nice so check there before you go purchase anything! We did make dinner there one night and they had everything we needed. Overall great experience! Property is gated so very secure and very well kept.

Impressed as soon as we walked in the door! Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked. Security was visible daily. You often see wear issues when renting. Not here! Everything looked brand new! Host was very communicative. Check in check out was a piece of cake.

Great place, it was clean, well furnished and great location. We had issues with the HVAC system which was going to be replaced at some point. When they rented the unit above us it sounded like a herd of elephants had moved in. We were fortunate that they were there for just a few days. Just be aware that there is zero sound proofing between the floors and it can be extremely annoying if a family with children move in. It’s not that they were being loud or anything, but every little movement was heard.

Everything was great. The condo is very nice and well furnished. Very clean and comfortable. The pool is heated, like actually heated and comfortable in 50-70 degree weather. The hot tub is great, worth noting that no one under 18 is allowed. Not a big issue for us, but would have been disappointed if I had young kids. The location is fantastic. The beach access is directly across the street. So much to do within very comfortable walking distance. Restaurants and grocery store are all very close. The only negative aspect is the noise from the condo above. Pretty sure there were baby elephants staying there. Overall it was a great experience and will stay there again.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're glad the condo was well furnished, clean, and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the truly heated pool and hot tub. Thanks for noting the hot tub age policy — we understand that could matter for families. Sorry about the noise from the unit above; we’ll share that feedback with property management. We’re happy you enjoyed the location and beach access and look forward to welcoming you back to RealJoy Vacations!

Short and sweet

Everything about the accommodations were great! Close to everything! Beach, shops, restaurants, etc. we would definitely stay again. The only negative was the security guard. Before we realized we needed to put a parking pass in the car, we got a tow warning. We got in, walked to the beach and when we came out to get in the car there was a nice note on the car. Other than that everything was amazing

Well, if you are desperate this is the place. I've stayed in numerous vacation housing rental sites, this is probably the first disappointment I've had in the past years. The property is managed by another company not individual, so there's another portal to register, extra paperwork you have to sign, a bunch of rules, and the place didn't have more than 1 crappy pack of detergent enough for 1 load, and we ran out of toilet paper 1/3 through. Maybe some are used to that so YMMV, but my expectations was higher. Overall we would not choose this place unless this is the option left.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I apologize for the extra registration portal and paperwork — I’ve shared your comments with our operations team so we can streamline arrival instructions and better set expectations. I’m also sorry the starter supplies were insufficient. We do only provide a starter supply of these items, for each guest. I apologize if that was not made clear prior to your arrival and will make sure we do so in the future. We appreciate you staying with us and your honest feedback.
