Have you ever wanted to stay in your own private resort? Here is your chance. One Palm is a brand new waterfront Luxury Vacation Home completed in 2023. The 8400 sqft building is 3 stories with a residential elevator serving a space that offers 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and 16 guest in real beds. The house is designed to offer separate area for multiple families or guest. 4 of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms.

The amazing home/private resort boast 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 4 kitchen and 16 guest in real beds. The house is designed to offer separate areas for multiple families or guest. 4 of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms. There are 3 kitchens inside the house and one for the outdoor living area. The 2000 sqft covered outdoor living area on the ground floor is an amazing space for entertaining. The space includes large walk behind bar, complete climate controlled kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms. This space faces the Heated pool, fire pit, gas grill and amazing views and access to the banana River.

House was spectacular. Had everything we could ever need more. Was spotless upon arrival. Jason was also great to communicate with and very accommodating. Would absolutely stay again.

Logan and his group were excellent guest. They treated the house as it were their own. I would highly recommend Logan to any host.

The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were 10 adults and 5 children and there was more than enough space for us. The views are so gorgeous - waking up there each morning was such a luxury. There were some issues we experienced while we were there, but Jason did his best to quickly address them. Overall though we are happy with our experience and would definitely return.

Wedding weekend in Cocoa Beach

We had several friends and family join us from New York, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia for our sons wedding. The property offered beautiful fully furnished kitchens and even provided a high chair for our granddaughter. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Without a doubt this place is in the top 3 VRBO’s I’ve ever booked. Place is immaculate and so well designed that it easily hosts a large group and you never feel cramped. The downstairs outdoor pool area is the perfect place to enjoy the views and pool. Stop looking around and book it now. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed
