Plenty of parking. Very nice room setup for our group. Perfect space for us. Loved the openness of the comfortable living room and kitchen. Loved that the kitchen cabinets were labeled so we knew where to find things. Communication was great with instructions and help. Would highly recommend and would rebook if coming back to Fort Wayne.

Would stay again

Our British Brass Band competed at the NABBA test piece contest. It will be at the same place next year, and we will book it again next year. Very satisfied with the location.

We liked the property a lot! The house is set up nicely with everything you might need. Nice floor plan, modern deco and quality furnishings. Parking is so nice. Plenty of room on the off street parking pad. Location is close to downtown. Price point is reasonable. Jason was very responsive. All was great!

Golf Tournament

We were in town for golf tournament for our girls. Stayed here. Nice place. Well decorated and well stocked with things you would need. Very clean. Process was simple. Enjoyed the stay.

National High School Bowling Tournament

Went to Fort Wayne for the National High bowling tournament. Property is very clean and nice! Neighborhood has a little to be desired. This is not a knock on the property or the owner as Jason was easy to contact and communicate with. We were just surprised at the amount of homeless people around, it was very unexpected. Maybe our fault for not knowing, maybe a Fort Wayne issue, not exactly sure. Property was perfect for what we needed and if ever in Fort Wayne would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected!

This house was super clean, stocked and roomy. We never felt cramped for space or in need of anything. We had wonderful options for coffee (which was so appreciated!) all cooking essentials, laundry essential and shower essentials. Bed/bedding was comfy and clean, ample mirrors and parking was a breeze. Check in was easy. Large tv and games (which we utilized!) the surrounding area was…different. We were close to Indiana Tech, beautiful, walkable campus, however some blocks were a little rough looking. However! We never felt unsafe and would stay again, hands down

Perfect for anyone!

Traveled to Ft Wayne for work with 2 guy's. We were stoked on the price as it was quite a bit cheaper than a hotel. We had no idea how well the house was set up. We figured if it was a place to stay, we could manage for 1 week. To our surprise, it was in fact better than we imagined. Clean and well thought out. Close to anything you would need and beautiful furnished. Every item we forgot at home was provided down to Tupperware for lunch. I would highly recommend you stay here. The host was very direct and left little to imagination. Also very accommodating when the rental was extended. 10/10 experience.

Great property!

We unfortunately had to make an urgent trip to Fort Wayne due to a family emergency and I had to make the arrangements with where to stay. Key factor was location since we were having to go back and forth to Lutheran Hospital and wanted to be in an area that is convenient to other places. This was the property that checked those boxes. The property was clean and well stocked with everything. We love the fact that there was two bedrooms downstairs since my dad was not able to go up and down stairs very easily. My dad who is not a fan of staying anywhere except his house praised the property which is a true testament. Jason is very responsive and very accommodating. My cousin had to extend his stay due to his dad’s condition so Jason was able to work with us on extending the rental which was a huge relief. We had to go back to Fort Wayne the following weekend for a funeral and the other property we booked does not compare to this property. Staying at Jason’s property shows that he cares and puts a lot of thoughts and considerations into his properties for his guest. Thank you Jason!!
