Great Location! Seconds from Conneaut OH which has great food, lake access, and beaches. Conveniently located near Lake Erie Beaches in Conneaut, Springfield, Girard, and Fairview. And less than a half hour to Erie and beautiful Presque Isle.

Minutes away from hundreds of acres of State Game Land, Trails, and some of the top fishing in the State.

Home includes: Fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, outdoor deck with fire pit, and picnic table. Adequate parking for boats and multiple vehicles. The house is meticulously cleaned and sanitized between guests and has a new water filtration system. Outdoor charcoal grill. This is a stand alone home. Now with WiFi!

Perfect Location

Travelled from PA to Cleveland for Easter. Stayed here as a halfway point. Perfect location along Rt. 20 in a very rural area with not a lot of neighbors. Very clean inside. Big yard with fire pit and wood supplied for family time outside. Would highly recommend.

Great getaway!

Things to Love: location is amazing and 5 min to lake erie or restaurants, 15 min from trails and parks and bridges, huge gorgeous trails behind the house, awesome yard and fire pit! Things to know: beds are springy and not great on the back, water is not drinkable but is amazing in the shower to heal your skin, bring a pan of you plan to cook. The owners were absolutely awesome, replied within 5 min always, definitely recommend and would stay here again! Highlights: Conneaut Park, Raccoon Park, Indian Trails Park, Heavenly Creamery, Spankys, Orlando's market, Heath Market, JTs Bagels. 20 min to Giant Eagle or Walmart.

Very quiet location, nice deck with picnic table & nice fire pit area. Good internet service but no TV which would make rainy days diff with children. Owner/Manager was very pleasant to work with.This property is ideal for hunters & fishermen. With a few minor upgrades it will become a great unit for families.

Great Getaway

Came to visit family and do some fishing. The location is convenient to everything we needed. It was spotless and roomy with great outdoor space. Communication with the owner was excellent and he answered any questions we had. We're definitely booking this again.
