The Living Room is furnished with an electric reclining leather sofa and Love seat for easy TV viewing for total relaxation (multiple channels available). There is a 20 x 20 shed for convenience. Gourmet kitchen with new white wood kitchen cabinets, granite countertops & backsplash, center island and is complete with all accommodations for meal preparations and conveniences. Oversized Shower, 12 x 30 fully furnished screened-in LANAI for your relaxation and eating accommodations.. Beautiful high end bedroom set with queen bed and Smart TV, 2nd Bedroom has an L- shaped bunk bed consisting of 1 Full Bed and 1 Twin bed above with a Smart TV. Extremely large Laundry Room 10 x 21 with washer & dryer, ironing board/iron, laundry/hamper cart with wheels. and plenty of storage,. mud room has an extra sink..
