Great Place to stay!

The property was very nice, clean and decorated nice! It had two balconies to sit on and the AC’s worked great! The host was very accommodating in every way! From helping the driver get our food to us because we did not speak Spanish to working with us when our flight got canceled. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

San Juan Vacation

When we got to the Condo, we were met by our host, Marisa. From the start Marisa was great. Marisa showed us the condo, which was beautiful. It is a toss up as too which was nicer, our host Marisa or the condo. Great place, great host.

Before we even arrived, Marisa was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host! She called me from her personal cell and told me not to hesitate to reach out if I had any questions. She actually lives downstairs, which was wonderful because her wealth of local knowledge was right there whenever we needed it:)My youngest son celebrated his birthday while we were there, and knowing this ahead of time, Marisa was gracious enough to bring him a gift. Who even does that?! Such a thoughtful gesture! 🥹The house was clean, furnished as described and in a great location. Marisa sent us restaurant and excursion links before our trip and continued to help us while we were there. It was so clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and is passionate about making sure they have an amazing experience! Thank you, Marisa, for going above and beyond and helping us create such wonderful memories! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

New Year's family vacation

We had a wonderful visit during the week of New Year's. The house is beautiful, in a nice neighborhood, just a short walk from Av. Isla Verde and access to the beach. Thanks to the host's generator, the New Year's Eve power outage hardly affected us. If (when!) we visit Puerto Rico again someday, I hope we will be able to stay here again!

Gracious host, quiet and convenient

This property is ideal for a group stay. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a full kitchen, a dining, and living area makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The two outdoor terraces are perfect for enjoying the weather and visiting. The location is close to beaches, and restaurants. Having a car makes it easier to get around but there are restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The host is 100% responsive and is very attentive to your needs. Marisa will go out of her way to show you that very warm Puerto Rican hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!
