We’re especially concerned to hear about the cleanliness and maintenance issues mentioned, as we did not receive any reports of these concerns during your stay. We wish we had known at the time so our team could have had the opportunity to inspect the property, assist with the TV and appliances, and address any cleanliness concerns right away. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies, furnishings, mattress, and property guidelines.
