Wonderful house on Lake Huron! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The house is so spacious for a large family and had everything we needed. The multiple bathrooms were great and the numerous beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the sunsets over the water and our boys enjoyed the grass lawn for football and soccer. The only challenging part was the slippery rocky lake for the little kids - as the owners say, definitely bring water shoes! It’s very close to downtown Port Austin which has plenty of activities and dining. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time and the home is just Beautiful! Great location, very clean and enough rooms for our family as well as bathroom in every bedroom . Would definitely stay again!

The house was beautifully spacious and fit our family well (7 adults and 3 small children). The view from inside was nice. The living room fit us and felt clean (especially for the littles playing). The kitchen was large and roomy to cook, eat, and play games. The beach has some sand for kids to play in, and we had to be careful entering the water. The “shelf” rock got slippery, but when you went further it was sandy and small rocks (good water shoes are helpful). The water was safe for the littles (shallow and small waves). We hope to return!

Beautiful view! Clean and spacious. Close to Port Austin and Caseville, so there are plenty of things to do.

Short Trip to Thumb for Mom Birthday

Beautiful, clean, modern home on the shoreline. The place was perfect for our trip. Everything worked well. Appreciate the hospitality shown by the owners.

We rented for a 6 day family reunion. The house was beautiful and the arrival gift totally unexpected. All was as advertised.

The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. The views were fabulous and and the location was quiet.We loved the fire ring next to the lake. It was nice to have a dining table that could seat 10 comfortably. There were several rooms one could retreat to for quiet reading.Highly recommended!

The view was excellent from the minute we walked in the door! The beach was also extremely nice, with enough beach sand for the kids to play with the sand toys provided. The baby gate, crib and highchair were so helpful. The kids toys in the closet were fun, my granddaughter had a one man band everyday.Above and beyond for plates, bowls utensils including some great steak knives.Full selection of pots and pans with cookie sheets and oven ware to cook. Mark and Ann were extremely helpful and great hosts. The welcome basket was the Best. The food safe fire starters in the basket were unbelievable to start the beach firepit which was so beautiful right on the beach. I came home and ordered the Go Fire starters when we returned. The gas bbq was clean and ready to go. All of the appliances were new and up to date. We can only say Great Things about this home!Sunsets with a fire on the beach made for a PERFECT Week!

The Lake Front Property is a beautiful home located on a quiet street with its own private beach area right on Lake Huron. The home has an open concept layout, which provided plenty of family time, whether in the kitchen, dining, or living area. It also provided ample bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 9. The home was very clean, and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Our family enjoyed time out on the beach, playing in the sand, swimming, fishing and kayaking in the lake. We defiantly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to the Lake Huron Area.
