Our stay was amazing! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the condo had everything we needed. Everything was well organized, and communication from start to finish was excellent. The resort itself was gorgeous, and the pool area was the perfect place to relax. The café was a wonderful bonus, especially when the other restaurants in the area were packed. It was so convenient to have such a great option right at the resort. The pizza was so good we ended up eating there twice! The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice area, but not on the beach, which is as advertised. If you want to step out to the beach from your condo, this is not the place. You need to drive or take a good walk. There were no dish rags only dish towels. Toilet paper could be better quality. So, I recommend you buy your own. Most everything else you need is provided. Overall, this is a nice place.

We do our best to provide detailed information within our listing and throughout our pre-arrival communication so guests know what to expect before arriving. As advertised, The Palms is not a beachfront resort. The closest public beach access is across the street from the resort area and is approximately an 8–10 minute walk or a short drive, with seasonal resort shuttle service also available. We provide a starter supply of paper products and toiletries and send guests a detailed recommended packing list prior to arrival for additional items they may prefer or need during their stay. We also do not provide traditional dish cloths; instead, we provide a new dish sponge along with kitchen towels for each guest stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and are very happy you enjoyed your stay overall. Thank you again for the 5 stars!

This is absolutely the way to go when you’re staying for an extended period of time. Everyone has their own space. You can do your laundry which is a huge plus. Hang at the pool or beach, come back and grab lunch, and go back out to swim. It was great!

We had such a great stay here in Destin! We travel pretty often and almost always choose condos or vacation homes so we can cook meals instead of eating out the entire trip — and this was easily one of the most well-appointed places we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need and then some, which made the stay feel comfortable and effortless from the moment we arrived.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and check-in was incredibly easy. Even though it rained almost the entire trip, the resort-style pool completely saved the vacation for our kids and still gave us that fun getaway feeling.Overall, the value for the money was truly 5-star. You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is not our first time to rent a condo here at The Palms of Destin. This experience, too, was WONDERFUL. The condo is precisely as advertised. We enjoyed being there. The Palms is wonderful, and the beach is a couple of easy blocks away--with sidewalks the entire way. We cannot wait to return. Yes, clean, family-friendly, professional staff at The Palms, great pool, quiet, nice environment all the way around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Amazing property! Would stay again!

We loved the condo! It was exactly as pictured online, very clean, and great views! I can be pretty picky about cleanliness of a property, but this one was top notch! Highly recommend!

Great family property

My wife and I along with three kids between the ages of 13 and 16 really enjoyed our stay in this family friendly condo. Great pool, tennis, Pickleball and basketball along with exercise room & great beach park and a shuttle to get you there in a few minutes. Can't say enough good things about the condo & the area. It was really perfect.

We were on the 11th floor and could see the whole area of the pools and the ocean The pictures that are on the website are exactly what we saw! The rooms were very nice and clean! The balcony was perfect for us to sit and relax! We were able to cook our meals and eat, drink and relax! The hot tub was very nice and clean,There is a warm pool which was very nice 89degrees and perfect.The Big play pool was much cooler however it was cooler than expected during our visit and it is not a heated pool which was fine with us. We enjoyed the the other pool and hot tub! We enjoyed how close to the beach and shopping Thank you so much

We have a great experience overall! The halls of the condo tower and elevator could have been kept up on better but our condo was cleaned extremely well! We had a hiccup during our stay and Karen helped get us squared away promptly and professionally! 5 stars for the unit! 4 stars for the property.

Clean Classy & Comfy

This was our 4th stay at the Palms in 6 years but our first at a Joe Joe’s Resorts condo. Check-in was easy and the condo was ready promptly at the 4pm check-in time. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated in a classy yet comfy beach theme. Every appliance was available and we had plenty of start up essentials to kick off the week. I highly recommend this condo!
