The Pearl is amazing! It is beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable and the location is perfect. We loved our time here. Short walk to the beach and short walk to all that Seaside has to offer. The Pearl has everything you need and everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. Laurie is a wonderful host and went above and beyond for us. She was easy to communicate with, very responsive and super accommodating. She made sure our time at the Pearl was seamless and perfect. We hope to rent this same unit again next year!

Beautiful home- literally on the beach. Beautiful decor-excellent views- bikes and beach chairs included.Rained most of our trip but still beautiful place.

This beachfront cottage is perfect. We loved the ocean views, and close by locations of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend The Pearl!

“The Pearl” exceeded our expectations and the host was very accommodating. The location of the beach front cottage could not be better in relation to all of Seaside’s local dining and shopping attractions. The cottage was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. Beautiful beach view and the adjacent beach access was extremely convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily bike rides with the bikes provided. This is a bucket list trip for anyone and we plan to return in the near future.

Absolutely one of the best properties in Seaside. As close as it is to the center of town, super quiet and relaxing. The views from the upper deck are amazing. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy a romantic getaway. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer!!

Linda, we are so sorry the bed did not meet your expectations. This is the first complaint we have had and in fact have been told the bed is very comfortable.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely beachfront home! The ocean views were stunning, and the home decor was cozy and luxurious. We loved that the location was quiet, yet within walking distance to the Seaside shops and restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

This was the ideal place to stay for our 20th wedding anniversary trip! The location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Our week at The Pearl was everything we'd hoped for and then some. Comfortable and beautiful. Convenient and delightful. Extra thoughtful amenities were really appreciated. Host was great. Would be our first choice for a return visit for just the two of us.
