LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This condo is just steps to Angel Fire Ski Resort. We are perfectly perched on top of the hillside, with views looking out to Wheeler Peak! Only 450ft to the Chili Express Ski Lift! This unit comfortably sleeps 4, with a Queen Bed, Bunk Beds, and has a bonus pull out couch. Peaceful location, with perfect sledding spot across the street. Plus the Game Room provides space for toys, bikes, and a great space for family game nights!

🎿 Activities for everyone: We are conveniently located right next to the Angel Fire Ski Resort. A few steps to the left as you exit the condo will take you to the ski basin and ski/ bike rentals shop - ideal for winter sports! Did you know that Angel Fire is the only Ski Mountain to Offer Night Skiing?? Plus, they have a thrilling area for tubing too!

⛰ In the summer time, you can explore the outdoors by renting a bicycle at one of the shops just down the road from us. Additionally take advantage of all the surrounding hiking trails and mountain peaks - all within a 30 minute drive.

✔ HOA Rules : All guest must adhere to the condo rules. Any condo violation fees assessed during the guest stay will be charged directly to the guest. The HOA Rules are posted on the kitchen wall in condo.

❄ Parking: Parking area is directly in front of condo unit. There is a steep incline that leads to parking lot, so a 4WD is recommend in winter months, but not required.

The parking area is small, with only 4 units there isn’t a big parking lot provided unfortunately. I did include a photo in the listing to show the single staircase in the unit, sorry that you missed it. Glad to hear that you love the view, it is so peaceful!

Great place!

This was a perfect place! Located right up the hill from Jefe restaurant. The busses will also pick you up from the resort & bring you back to the lift condos. Would stay here again.

Host had great interaction, more amenities than other places I have stayed. Now the downsideParking is really crowded. I had to park my truck down the drive. If someone is staying in the unit upstairs it is really LOUD.

The condo is beautiful and so convenient to the ski area, but the absence of acoustic mitigation from the upstairs dwelling was a significant issue. We didn’t sleep at all while staying here!

Convenient to slopes

Nice condo that sleeps 2 adults and 2-3 kids comfortably. It is updated and clean! It is also just a short walk to the lift.

This was my first time visiting the area and this condo was in the BEST area. Easy access to everything! Will book again soon. Only complaint is there is no TV in the bedroom and there are no blinds or covers over the patio door. As a single lady this was concerning.

Perfect and easy!

The property is walking distance to the ski resort; was spotless, trendy, cozy, quiet, and fun; and management was so accommodating and quick to respond! The garage was turned into a fun game room & my son LOVED this & the hideaway loft! I highly recommend this as perfect for convenience, budget-friendly, clean and cute!

The inside of the property was nice. There was construction going on outside the property. No one made us aware of this. Parking was difficult. Overall the stay was nice. The game room area had a strong musty oder. We did not use that area.

We got the check in information a few days before our trip. Everything was as advertised in the pictures and description. We were so so close to the ski lifts. We just had to walk downhill a block (if that) to get to them. The game room was fun for our girls, and they enjoyed playing/staying in the bunk beds. It reminded them of Harry Potter’s bed at his aunt’s house. Thanks for offering up this space. It was great for a first trip up to Angel Fire.

The property is within walking distance of the ski lift, and there is a fairly good view from the only window in the living room.All beds are of poor quality or worn out.Lighting is insufficient throughout the property, and in some areas it does not work.The game room is not suitable for cold weather, as the heater is poorly positioned. Drying ski equipment is inconvenient; it barely dries overnight.There is almost no parking available, so cars have to be left off to the side. Above this area, there is another unit, and noise from upstairs neighbors is clearly audible due to poor sound insulation.On a positive note, a sufficient amount of consumables was provided, which was appreciated.The owner responds quickly and was generally helpful during both the booking process and the stay.For the price, this is not a bad option, but these issues should be addressed.

The listing was accurate. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony has a nice view. The host was quick to reply to messages. The negatives are the noise from neighbors, the parking is very tight and the mattress is very loud and uncomfortable. The location to the bike park was excellent!

Great value for sleeping a family of four (mom, dad & two littles) SO close to the base area and the “bunks” were a fun set up for the kids. The downstairs zone was awesome to have as an extra hang out area. Pro tip: bring house shoes!

My husband and I LOVE the mountains! We enjoy biking, skiing, snowmobiling, zip lining, and hiking. We have always enjoyed the beautiful weather here & try to make a trip as often as our busy schedules allow.

Being steps away from the mountain is AMAZING!! We love enjoying home cooked meals and drinks (and saving money too).

Bonus: Angel Fire Resort is the only night skiing available in New Mexico.
