Bent not Broken Bow Resort' is a brand new, well appointed luxury 5 bdrm, 5 1/2 bth, located in Pine Hill’s North, 8 miles north of Hochatown that fits 14 guests. This 3,151 sqft cabin is a luxurious retreat nestled in beautiful pines on nearly 1.69 acres located on a cal-de-sac street. Matching 4 King bdrm w/ a private ensuite bth. A large bunk house featuring game room with a full bth. Plenty of entertaining space on the deck w/ hot tub, green egg & hibachi. Ample seating around the fire pit.

Pine Hill's Location. This 3,151 sqft cabin is a luxurious retreat nestled in beautiful pines on nearly 1.69 acres and is located on a cal-de-sac street. On a corner lot with a circle drive and plenty of parking for pulling a trailer or boat. Jeep trails are one of the highlights of the area. Located close to town and a local grocery store, restaurants, attractions and shops yet far enough away to let you unwind in nature.

8 miles north of Hochatown that comfortably fits 14 guests. Ample parking.


House Rules :
This cabin has a strict NO pet policy. If you are caught bringing in pets on the security cameras outside you will be asked to leave and may be subject to additional cleaning charges.

Absolutely no fireworks on the property & no parties. No exceptions.

No glass bottles in the hot tub for safety reasons.

Check-in is 4pm CST and checkout is 11am CST.

The Key Code will be provided on the day of your arrival along with the address.

We supply a “starter pack” for your stay. It includes some toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, and some cleaning supplies. Please bring any additional you think you will need during your stay as what we leave may not be enough for your entire stay depending on your usage.


Fire Wood is not provided. Please check to see if there is a burn ban in effect for McCurtain county before you start a bonfire. Outside fire places should not be used during our summer season (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Local authorities take this very seriously and will come ask you to extinguish the fire as well as issue you a citation and fine.

Please note the hot tub is cleaned upon your arrival (it is drained after each guest), we can not come and clean it once you have arrived and used it. So please do not let anyone in and out of it dirty. Please also do not allow people to use the restroom in it as this will affect the chlorine levels.

On the patio we have hibachi grill, & green egg. For the green egg, you will have to bring your own wood chips if you will be using it. Do not under any circumstance leave the green egg unattended as this is a fire hazard.

There are 2 security cameras located on the property, one on the front porch and one on the back porch both facing the entrances.

The WiFi password is located on the fridge in the kitchen please know we have the highest internet package however we are in the woods and it sometimes is not the fastest.

CHECK OUT INFO:
When you check out, you are REQUIRED to complete the following items. If you do not, you will be charged a full $100 additional cleaning fee. This is a personal residence. Please leave all property and surrounding area as clean and in the working order that you found it when you arrived. Anything that is reported as missing or damaged will be considered a pass thru cost.

1. Remove all trash and food from inside and around the cabin and dispose in large dumpster located outside.
2. Please load dish washer and start prior to your departure.
3. Gather all towels in a pile in the laundry closet on top of the washing machine.
4. Do not cut down, damage, leave trash in the woods surrounding the cabins as it is a protected and will result in a fine.
5. Check all drawers, closets, and cabinets for personal items.
6. LOCK all doors, shut any windows and turn off all lights inside/outside including back porch when you check out.
