Ciboney has deeded/gated beach access, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and BBQ area. There is an elevator to provide convenient access to the unit. This lovely condo has a new washer and dryer which are located in a separate laundry room. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. Quality furnishings can be found throughout, including a pull out sofa in the living room and a Pack N Play for the little ones. Large televisions in living room and both bedrooms Ciboney is located right in the heart of Miramar Beach within close proximity to many great dining and shopping options. Surf Hut, Royal Palm Grill, Whale's Tail, Pompano Joe's, Acme Oyster House, Two Birds Cafe, Seascape Towne Center, Silver Sands Outlets, and much much more.
