**FALL SPECIAL** Perfect Location!!! This charming 3 bed/2 bath cottage W/HOT TUB (closed 10/31/25 - 4/30/26), sleeps up to 8 with futon. It's located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood close to all the great things South Haven has to offer. Only 3 blocks from town and a 10-minute walk to Kids' Corner playground and the "Blue Stairs" that lead down to South Beach. Spend your days relaxing in the sun, swimming in blue water, and playing in the sand. Explore all the great cafes/restaurants, shops, farmer's market, marinas, & festivals.
“Sweet Haven Cottage” is newly furnished with a fun, clean, farmhouse chic style. This home sleeps 6 comfortably (and up to 8 with futon).
-Convenient keyless entry on side door entrance
-2 TVs with Streaming services
-WiFi
-Washer/Dryer located in the basement
-Central Heat and AC throughout most of the house

-Open concept living with large comfortable sofa and dining room to gather with family and friends.

-The covered canopy off the house offers a shaded outdoor seating/dining area. A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or work from home. The string lights turn on at night making this space a magical oasis.
-Charcoal grill (Provide your own charcoal)
-Enjoy sitting by the firepit making smores (Provide your own wood)
-HOT TUB – Relax and unwind in the spa. There is no hoist.
2 parking spots in driveway + off-street parking is available.
There is a beach cart, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler, etc. Beach towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
