The condo was clean with comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Having the pool right outside the condo was perfect for the kids. We were given the wrong entry code but called the host and got it taken care of. A more clear explanation of what can/cannot be used at the private beach should be included in the listing so there aren’t any issues upon arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great! Kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the rooms and living space were nice! The walk to the beach was easy, and it was nice to have 2 chairs and the umbrella available too!

Incredible stay!

Wonderful location to have a vacation with family! Great layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, easy access to the beach and pool! Will stay again!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, close to everything, but outside the busy downtown areas.short walk to the beautiful beach. Quiet, safe clean lovely stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and bikes available for our use.We loved being so close to great restaurants, and shops Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and having it be private was key. The condo was comfy and cozy. The only very small minor annoyance was the humming of the under counter lights in the kitchen. Everything else was fantastic.

Great stay

Great stay for our girls week. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Walk to beach was simple about a quarter of a mile. Having the pool so close was so convenient!

Easy Walk to the Beach

The villa was very nice, clean, and perfect for our trip. The villa was poolside which was nice. The path to the beach only required a 5 min. walk and the beach was beautiful. Make sure to take your keycard for the beach access gate!

After driving 15 hours to get here we couldn’t get in to the property. Our code did not work. After a few calls and a few messages, we were notified of a new code number to get in. Also, the bicycles were not delivered until day 3 of our trip and one of the bikes had a loose peddle. We messaged several times to get them exchanged, but it was never taken care of. Tried to take a bike ride and about a mile away the peddle completely fell off. We had to get the golf cart and load the bike to bring it back to the villa. Very disappointed with the bicycle situation. The host didn’t seem interested in helping is with this at all. Very disappointed. They said they would put in a review for compensation, but I assume that was never taken care of either. The lawn guys and power washers showed up 2 different mornings at 7am and woke everyone up. All in all we were disappointed having to call and send messages during our stay. Time wasted for our family vacation.

Wonderful Family Condo

This 1st floor condo was a great size with a family friendly layout. So clean! The location to beach was 10/10 for a family with kids ages 3, 5, 7 and 12; a very easy walk. Private beach access was great, no crowds at all. The pool was steps away from the back door which was really nice. We have stayed in a ton of condos on 30A and this condo was by far our favorite. Lots of restaurants only a short walk.

Beautiful Getaway!

This property is BEAUITFUL and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Short walk to the beach with private beach from access!!! We appreciated that bikes came with the condo and enjoyed using them. All of the beds were very comfortable! Our favorite feature was being 5 steps away from the pool and having our own pool access from our outdoor space. We cannot wait to stay here again! :)

Wonderful condo

It was perfect for our family. There were 5 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. The bunk bed room was perfect for him and his mom. Love the layout of the condo. The swimming pool was right outside our door, which was very convenient. I took my grandson out every day and he loved it. The rest of the family enjoyed the easy access to the beach with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. We also rode bikes a couple of days, which was a lot of fun. We will hopefully return again at a future date.

When we arrived to check in, our door code did not work. I called the number given several times but was only allowed to leave a message. After a while I sent a text and someone called me. This wasn’t how I wanted to start our vacation after driving 8 hours and groceries in the car. After we got through this, we enjoyed our stay. Would have felt safer with double locks on the doors.

Beach days

We had a great experience overall. However, we noticed that there was no dish soap provided in the accommodation. I reached out to management for assistance, but unfortunately, we never received any. It would have been helpful to have that on hand, but we ended up purchasing our own. Thank you for considering this feedback!

Wonderful

The unit is beautiful, equipped with more than most and impressive features included the luxurious bath towels . Spacious and sparkling clean. Our only complaint was the directions to the beach should be clear and clarified better. It was difficult to find at first with management employees not knowing how to explain. Once found it is very easy but the directions were not clear

The condo was excellent! It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for a week away. The pool is right outside the back door and the private beach access is a short 5 minute walk. You do have to cross over 30A to get to the private access path but we didn’t have any issues with people stopping to let us cross. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there even with double red flags most of the week. The only issues we had were related to the management company and they were all related to communication. We didn’t get any communication after booking (as you normally do) to say they had confirmed it and we never got any confirmation that our payments. Only after calling did we get confirmation. While on that call, I had also asked to changed the payment method for the remaining balance and it still went on the original payment source. The information on my account never showed it was paid in full so it leaves you wondering. When we arrived at the condo, the door code sent in our email did not work but they were able to take care of it quickly on the phone. We are just used to more communication from the owner. Over all it was still one of the best places we’ve stayed on 30A.
