Family Beach House is a great house! We had a terrific time. Big enough for multigenerational stay which made our trip so much better. Big stocked kitchen, great washer/dryer, comfy beds, very clean, beach chairs and toys, very very walkable to everything. We would definitely stay again.

This is an amazing house that is stocked with everything guests need for a comfortable stay. The location can’t be beat and all the updates in the house are fantastic. Lynn is a very responsive and considerate host. We hope to return next summer!

Our family booked the home as a place to stay during the days leading up to my son's wedding. Little did I know the family time at the beach House would become as meaningful as it was. This ARBNB was more beautiful in person than in pictures. Everyone had their own room and bathrooms - the kitchen was SO well stocked with everything you could EVER need, coffee and family games on front porch created memories to last a lifetime.

Family Beach House

We had a great time in this spacious beach house. The location was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the beach, the Long Beach aquarium and a Duffy boat ride.

Yes, the host was very welcoming. This was our second time staying here. It offers nice, clean space, a good location, and a nicely stocked kitchen. The large, clean garage was also a bonus. I would recommend this property.

Wonderful property, Great location and accommodating host

We stayed in the area for 2 weeks and at family beach house one week. We wanted to extend but unfortunately she was booked that week .I strongly recommend staying here.

This is a lovely home close to the beach with quality linens and accommodations. It’s well cared for and was perfect for our family of 10, ages 1 through 60. The beach toys and wagon were a hit, and made for great beach adventures. The patio/outdoor living spaces were also really nice. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Lovely beach house!

My family and a few friends stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. This home is so well stocked all you need to bring is your clothes! Everything was lovely and I would love to stay again in the future!

Fabulous host, great location, well appointed

My family and I booked Lynn’s place very last minute, and Lynn was incredibly gracious, very responsive and the entire experience was excellent. Highly recommend. Was impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was and how clean the house was overall. Plus just a few steps from the beach! Great getaway.

Family get together

We had a family get together with nine of us staying in this wonderful house. The house accommodated is perfect and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The house was super clean and very well appointed. Location was excellent with proximity to 2nd Street, the beach, and a bunch of us rented kayaks. All within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again!

Long Beach beachhouse

The property was great for our needs. Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen worked well for a larger group. We had 4 adults and 3 children. Two king suites was perfect. Also having a two car garage was wonderful. We had a great timr and hope to return some day.

Amazing Home 10/10

This beach house was incredible! Lynn’s home was stocked with everything we could need to cook on the outside bbq and the location is a block from 2nd street for all dining. We also only walked a block to the beach. I would highly recommend this beautiful, clean, spacious home to anyone looking to rent. We will be back!

Our stay at Lynn's beach home was, without question, the best vacation we've ever had.The home was absolutely spotless. My daughter, who works in high-end hospitality, said it was the cleanest vacation rental she has ever stayed in. The home was exactly as pictured—beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained.This was our annual "Cousin Camp," with four grandchildren and three adult daughters, and the house was perfect for our group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and there were multiple areas where we could play games, relax, and enjoy family meals together.The two-car garage was a wonderful convenience, and the location couldn't have been better. Being so close to the bay made it easy to run back whenever we needed something. Lynn also provides ample beach equipment in the garage, so we never had to worry about bringing extras.Lynn was an exceptional host. She checked in during our first few days, always responded quickly to my questions, and even welcomed us with a huge, delicious cookie.All eight of us agreed the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of my grandsons even wanted to buy the same mattress for his room! The home was also generously stocked with all the basic supplies we needed.We'll definitely be back. My grandchildren voted this their NUMBER 1 COUSIN CAMP of the past ten years. Thank you, Lynn, for all the thoughtful touches that made our family vacation so special and created memories we'll cherish for years to come.

Love the Belmont Shore area of Long Beach

Host was responsive. Kitchen equipped with expresso maker, coffee bean grinder, coffee maker and more. I only missed not having a garlic press. Spacious, modern, and comfortable seating for our group of six. Quiet but busy neighborhood. The only downside is the 11 AM check-out. It should be at least 1 PM.

Amazing

This house was magnificent and looked as good in person as it did in the photos, maybe even better! The two master bedrooms and bathrooms were gigantic! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, in great condition, and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! I can’t say enough about the Hostess, Lynn, and her quick responses. She usually replied to my questions within minutes! We had one small issue with the grill which was handled and fixed promptly! I truly can’t say enough about this gorgeous house and Lynn as the most attentive, kind, helpful hostess! We all wish we had more time there and were not ready to leave! Thank you, Lynn!!!

This house was perfect for our two-family beach weekend. Super clean and fresh, with large dual masters for the two sets of parents and three other rooms for all the kids, it was the perfect size and space. It never felt crowded or overwhelming; everyone was very comfortable the whole time. The kitchen is large and contains high-end appliances plus all the equipment you could possibly need. The host is super thoughtful as well and all of her “extras” were deeply appreciated. Would 100% rent again.

The house was very clean but the chemical smells from the cleaning products were very strong, especially for the sheets. The fragrance was so strong that it bothered my lungs every night, even causing an asthma attack one of the nights. The smells lasted the entire time we were there (5 days, 4 nights). Also, there is a house across the street that is being rebuilt and the construction began every morning at 7am, waking us up even with a white noise machine in our room. It was very disappointing as it was our only vacation to sleep in. On the positive side, the house was lovely and well appointed. The location was great as we spent a couple days relaxing on the bay shore. It was a quick and easy walk from the house. The home had everything we needed, including towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for the beach. The owner was very helpful, providing information about restaurants and activities. She also very kindly left a special treat with a lovely card for our arrival. The garage was a bit tricky to fit my large SUV (Tahoe), but we made it work. The only other downside was the town closes some of the roads during the day, complicating already complicated streets that are one way. We had to go in circles until we figured out how to get to the alley we needed to access the garage.

We were surprised by several of the concerns raised, as none of these issues were reported to us during the stay. Had we been notified, we would have immediately investigated and worked to address any concerns. The home is professionally cleaned and maintained to high standards. Construction activity on neighboring properties and temporary road closures, while uncommon, are outside of our control. We take great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience and appreciate all feedback.
