Welcome to our humble home!
This is a newly built ADU unit furnished with a posh and elegant style suited for your short or long term stay.

The Space:
This is a 2 bed 1 bath home with all utilities and wifi for your vacation or extended stay.
Each part of the home has been carefully curated to bring out the its charm and comfort.

Guest Access:
Once you pull up to the property, please head towards the back gate. After opening the gate you will see the entrance to the door with the smart lock.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Please provide the same respect and ambience that our neighborhood provides to you.

Interaction with Guests:
You may contact us through the booking platform you reserved with. Please do not disturb any neighbors adjacent to the property.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby. It was perfect for our family trip and a perfect hub for all the places we wanted to visit.Check in was smooth and the house had everything we needed to feel at home. Will definitely be staying here next time we return to the area.

Our stay was amazing! The property was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The property is in a very nice, quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It was also quite easy to navigate to different areas of Los Angeles. Would recommend for anyone looking to visit LA.

We were very happy with our stay! We’ve had some bad experiences with *the other rental site that starts with an A* in the past so we were happy to have such a seamless experience in such a nice place. Check in was easy, with the info sent to my phone. I was thankful I didn’t have to meet and chat with the owner like some other places I’ve stayed. I got in there and got comfortable. It actually looks like the pictures and whoever built this ADU was very thoughtful with the appliances and fixtures. All appeared new and very nice/nicely installed. It is wheelchair accessible (there is a bit of a bump in the door frame but I was able to get my son’s wheelchair through fairly easily. It might be a little more difficult wheeling yourself) with flat walkways and wide enough doorways for my son’s giant stroller wheelchair to fit through. Parking was not an issue at all, even on street sweeper day. The host checked in and offered to help with any necessities for the unit if needed. Beds were comfy (it’s hard to find a bed elsewhere as comfy as yours at home but these weren’t bad at all). The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It appeared as if there were another ADU or two behind the main house but we only ran into a neighbor once as they enjoyed the fire pit. Everyone was very respectful. I’d definitely come back as we frequent universal studios, which was only a 15 minute drive away. Thank you!!

Kira, knowing the wide doorways and flat walkways worked well for your son's wheelchair is genuinely meaningful to hear, and the thoughtful fixtures were chosen with exactly that kind of ease in mind. A seamless, self-sufficient check-in is something every guest deserves, and it sounds like it delivered. Hope to welcome you both back.

Great little house!

We loved this place and would totally stay here again. The host was excellent with communication, and gave us stellar recommendations for nearby food! The house was clean, the kitchen has several appliances if you want to do any cooking, and the fridge with a water filter was super helpful. It was very conveniently located near Universal Studios, and the neighborhood is gorgeous!

Property was nice. Would like to of seen more comfortable seating but overall great. I would add in the check in that you will need to enter through the fence . it was little confusing especially at night. Great place though! Neighborhood was darling.

Comfy and clean for our family

This was a lovely space in a beautiful neighborhood. It had everything our family needed, including a pack-and-play for our 1.5 year old. Property owners provided clear communication and instructions. We had a great stay.

Very clean and cozy

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean and had everyrhingbwe needed. It is on a quiet street and walkng distance to shops and a few restaurants. We were visiting family in Burbank and it was very conveniently located. Very nice.and responsive host.

Holiday stay

Very nice property. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen! Two small areas for improvement would be a couch with higher back/neck support. And the wi fi was very spotty/slow. Overall a very good time at the property.

Visited family for Christmas

The property looks just like the photos, and is stocked with everything you need. The owner provided all the necessary details for a smooth check-in, and check-out. In addition, he checked in to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this place.

Great home base

Everything was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Apartment was stocked with necessities and there is a very nice grocery store within walking distance. Nice Neighborhood. Good location for various day trips. Daniel, the property manager, responded immediately to any questions. I would highly recommend this property.
