La nostra Casa Chica è stata decorata dal nostro designer che è andato a Guadalajara e ha progettato bellissimi pezzi di legno dal Messico.

La nostra Casa Chica si trova in un'ottima posizione! Proprio sulla Pasea, di fronte al Loreto Bay Golf Resort. Vicino alla bellissima piscina comunitaria. Un isolato da The Wine Bar

Letti fantastici! Stessi letti del Wynn Hotel di Las Vegas (noto per i letti). Piumini. Cucina completamente attrezzata, arredamento da giardino fantastico!

La baia di Loreto comprende 3 piscine comunitarie, inclusa una piscina olimpionica. Ogni ospite ha anche accesso al Loreto Bay Resort e al campo da golf. Il Paseo è il viale principale dove puoi trovare eccellenti caffetterie, ristoranti gourmet, saloni, centri benessere, compagnie di tour, noleggio auto, una galleria d'arte locale e boutique, nonché alcuni minimarket locali.

Approfitta del Loreto Bay Hotel e noleggia un kayak o attrezzatura per lo snorkeling ed esci nel Mare di Cortez. Potresti essere fortunato e avvistare una balena, uno squalo balena, delfini, foche e l'enorme varietà di pesci tropicali! Il birdwatching è anche un'attività preferita nella nostra comunità. Dai un'occhiata agli estuari per una visione straordinaria.

La città di Loreto:

Storicamente noto come "dove le montagne vengono a nuotare", ospita un National Marine Park, pesca d'altura di livello mondiale, snorkeling, immersioni subacquee, trekking, osservazione delle balene, golf, tennis, ottimi ristoranti locali. Un rifugio poco conosciuto fuori dai sentieri battuti che non smette mai di stupire.

Loreto è una tranquilla e sicura comunità marittima di circa 15.000 persone. La nostra casa è in un nuovo sviluppo a pochi chilometri a sud di Loreto. L'aeroporto internazionale di Loreto (LTO) è servito da Alaska Airlines da LAX e da Aereocalafia da TIJ. Loreto è raggiungibile anche in auto - 6 ore a nord di Los Cabos o 15 ore a sud di San Diego.

The area is quite nice but you can definitely select a better place to stay. This place must have the original beds, pillows and linens. I have never had such a terrible sleep. The beds were very worn with two dips where bodies have laid. The sheets were stained with blood. They felt dirty! The bathrooms linens were well past their prime and should all be replaced. The living furniture was so uncomfortable that I can’t even describe how awful they were to try and use. Again, Loreto Bay is a lovely, quiet area. But this house was dirty and uncomfortable.

Great location right on main paseo with short walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Umbrellas for shade and beach chairs would have been a nice addition. Other than that no complaints.

Very close to all the local restaurants and pools. Air conditioners worked great when we needed them. Nice outdoor patio for early morning coffee. We needed a few things and Debbie and Marco responded quickly. Beach was close, everything was perfect. Would stay again. Had a great time

When we arrived the door code we were given didn’t work. As we were from another country we didn’t have free cell service and incurred 35 worth of charges calling the owner to obtain the correct door code.Was told we would be reimbursed but still have not been. The unit itself was missing light shade in kitchen; glass needed replacing, and dining table is unsightly with stains..unit needs updating badly. We would not recommend this unit for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. not stay here

Beautiful home in lovely Loreto Bay

Great home in a beautiful neighborhood. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Nearby is a wonderful beach to walk to with gorgeous mountains surrounding. Water is calm and inviting. Host is very responsive and we had a great location from which to explore the water and the town of Loreto

We were thrilled by the convenient location of beautiful Casa Chica! We were within a short walk of everything. Restaurants, pools, the beach and the little store which had a variety of items to choose from. The Casa was so beautiful and the interior with its authentic Mexican flare was more than we could have imagined. Debra, our host, was so easy to deal with I absolutely loved her! I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great location in a quint neighborhood full of gringos. Easy access and great communication prior to arrival. This place has great bones and is furnished with everything you would need to enjoy some time away.This property could use some TLC though. Smells of mold, couches have seen way better days, dining chair had a hole in it, not enough light at night as most bulbs were low wattage. We booked with this listing thinking that the beds were going to be something special. They maybe were 10 years ago. It’s always a challenge when traveling to find a bed that’s right for you. Either too hard or too soft. These were the soft kind with ruts in them. We did not mention any of this during our stay as this is not a manager can fix issue. We spent the majority of our visit on the lovely patio and used the upstairs bedroom as it did not have the musky scent.

Lovely place to catch the sun!

The owner and manager were amazing and extremely helpful, full marks!!! Marco (property manager) came within 24 hours for any problems/questions we had. The home is really nice, and it is in the middle of the of the community. Pools, 'mini market' and restaurants are all easy walking distance. Beds are very comfortable, and the upstairs deck is bright and sunny, as is the upstairs bedroom. Walking distance to the golf course, which is great especially the back 9, but beware, a lot of walking between holes, My pacer showed 16,000 steps per round. Didn't gain any weight on the trip, so the walking is a good thing. I recommend renting a car if you are staying for a couple of weeks as town of Loreto is about 15mins drive but there are taxis.

Really nice place in a very nice development; beds great, views great. Would do again for sure.

The property had bathtubs, which was a huge plus for me. Two complete master suites with very comfortable king beds, fans, and A/C. The kitchen had a dishwasher, and there was a washer/dryer, both of which were nice for our 10 day stay. Outside BBQ was also great for cooking our fresh-caught Dorado. The development is beautifully landscaped with lots of blooming plants (most with long thorns, so stay on the walks!) and fountains. Had some great restaurants, and live music several nights all within walking distance, and Loreto proper was only about 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend the house, and will go back there if we can get it booked when we can use it. If you get waylaid at the airport by the offer of discounts for a sales pitch at the Danzanite (sp?) development, DON'T do it - not worth the hassle and they do NOT take no for an answer gracefully. All in all a great vacation house and location!

Charming House in an amazing neighborhood

This charming house is great for 2 couples, a family of 4 or 2 friends, as they'll have separate bedrooms with own bathrooms. One is upstairs and has a private entrance. The neighborhood is composed of the most charming Pueblo style Spanish homes with courtyards, walks and plazas. The beach is a grey sand, but the water is clear and although we didn't go in, it looked OK. They say to shuffle your feet because of sting rays. Loreto is a charming town and there is a restaurant called Santo Cielo (Holy Heaven) which is amazing. Across from the mission in town. They cooked our freshly caught fish for about $12.00 per person and they did a gourmet variety in 4 ways. Truly exceptional cuisine. We would highly recommend this charming house in Nopolo outside of Loreto

We had a lovely stay! Such a great location, close to beach, restaurants, mini market. The owner was super responsive. The property manager fixed a small issue we had immediately after we reached out to the property owner. Great time in Loreto!

Perfect location

You can’t ask for a better location - safe, quiet and convenient. The unit is well stocked, tons of TV channels and wireless is good. Info in house manual is outdated and email communication with property manager was not reliable due to incompatibility with US and Mexican email servers - recommend you ask the property manager, who is delightful and eager to please, to stop by on the first day to answer questions. Also unless you are planning to just stay in the community, I would rent a car. We used our car every day to do excursions and go into Loreto town and it was worth the expense.
