The house is stunning! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The beds were super comfortable, everything was perfect for our group of friends! We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Dan!!

Perfection!

Lovely property that is beautifully maintained. Highly recommend! Everything is as described and represented in the photos. The location is great - so close to dining, activities and airport.

Great Getaway

The property is a home away from home. The home layout is ideal for a family getaway. The pool and outside area is a wonderful place to sit, talk, and watch the family enjoy themselves. The home is fully stocked and then some. The boat dock is ideal for sitting out in the morning and sipping a cup of coffee, or cast a line and enjoy the peacefulness. Ideal place to stay for families or a group of adults. My family and I loved it here. Thank you for letting us stay.

Vacation from MN weather!

This house is amazing! From the pool/hot tub, perfect for kiddos and adults, to the convenient location, this house has it all. The owner, Dan, was great. He answered all my questions and was very reaponsive. We had 11 people and it accomodated us perfectly! If you make it to Cape Coral this is the house to stay in!

Everything about this house was perfect for us. We had three, adult couples. We all had plenty of room for sleeping, cooking, eating and relaxing. Actually, we had extra room. It was beautiful, clean and easy to access. Dan, the Host, was very responsive to any messages. We love the outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub putting green and dock. We were able to watch several manatees swim by, right from the dock. This rental had everything we needed, which doesn't always happen. Enough towels, pool floats, dishware, space and clean. It was a beautiful week, made better by our accommodations. We're talking about staying here again next year. Thank you

Owner

Owner threatened to call police, cancel reservation and kick us out after auto payment didn’t happen on Nov 26. Owner had over a month to collect money and work with us to settle up. Instead he waited until day 3 of our trip to threaten to kick us out. Things could’ve been handled better , no question

It is unfortunate that the guest was able to check in without having paid the final payment - that is VRBO's fault. VRBO handle all payments and never notified me that the final payment had not been made. I only found out after the guest had checked in. The only reason the guest got a message about canceling the reservation and leaving the property is because they did NOT respond to several calls, text, and emails from me and from VRBO to try and get the situation rectified. A simple timely response from the guest could have avoided all of the commotion. We just wanted to give them a chance to make things right. All was resolved once they made the final payment.

17th Annual Golf Trip and Best Ever!

We are a group of 4 close friends who take an annual golf trip in October and have used VRBO during this trip when we stayed in the Carolinas and Central Florida. This is our first time in SW Florida. I cannot overstate how great Villa Panache is in all regards including quality, design, cleanliness, functionality, and the helpfulness of owner Dan. Our day after golf was spent outside in the pool, spa, bbqing, or watching sports. The outdoor living in our opinion is the hallmark of the “villa” and it was so obvious that there was no compromise made with the high level of quality used in the materials both inside and out. This is the same with everything from furniture, appliances, utensils, etc. The pictures in the ad, while great, do not do justice to the actual experience. We had a few questions with the spa operation control panel and homeowner Dan always answered literally within 2 minutes. Fantastic! We look forward to returning for year 18! Thanks Dan!!! Everything about the house was amazing! I can't say enough about how comfortable ,clean and welcoming it is. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and fished the canal in the back yard and caught numerous species of fish. We really enjoyed our stay. A perfect home away from home.We highly recommend this beautiful vacation home.
