This was the perfect place for two large families competing at the Greensboro Colosseum. We were able to go back-and-forth with ease and everyone had plenty of room to sleep eat and play in between competition. The host was very communicative and flexible. We would stay again.

The hosts were great and were very responsive in the middle of a winter storm. This place is a gem, with everything you could need. We would definitely be back.

The house was great. There were some ants in the kitchen and some maintenance issues around the property (Broken banister, broken widow shades) but it absolutely met our needs.

We visited Greensboro last month for NC Wrestling States Championship tournament, in all we had 14 ppl with us. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout comfortably. It was also, very close to grocery stores, fast food, and the Greensboro Complex. I plan to reserve this place again next year if it's available.

We had a great stay for our family trip to Greensboro to visit family. Lots of rooms and space to socialize! Kitchen was well stocked and the house had many accommodations. Wish there was an additional bathroom (with shower) but understand limitations of an older home. Host went above and beyond with communication.

The house was lovely and our family had a wonderful time. Sometimes where the owner would message me, I would get a notification that there was a message, but when I followed the link, there was no message. Other than that we had a lovely time.

Lots to do

The house is nice. There was lots to do and plenty of room. Our family enjoyed the time together.We played games, giant chess, and pool.. had a fire at the fire-pit.. and watched sports and movies in the theater.

Beautiful House

Great house close to everything in Greensboro! From watching movies (great movie room) to playing PacMan and pool there was plenty of fun to be had. Our only regret was that it was too cold to use the beautiful outdoor pool. Bedrooms were big and comfortable! Kitchen and dining room were great for family/friends eating together. Would definitely stay again!

Overall the house function for what was needed - a space with multiple bedrooms and entertainment options (pool, pool table, etc). The neighborhood was nice (on a golf course) so we enjoyed taking a walk outside. The rooms were comfy with mirrors to help you get ready, which was helpful given the limited bathrooms (only 3.5 vs 7 bed rooms).The downside was the quality - broken banister, ants, dirty floors, outside was not maintained (messy pool, unkempt grass that needed to be mowed, weeds, leaves and dirty outside furniture) and movie room did not work (could have been user error but or the system). Based on the photos and reviews, this was not what I expected, but again it was manageable. The team was responsive and sit someone over quickly to yard work, clean the pool and outside area.

The property was perfect! For cleanliness, if I could rate it at 6-stars I would. Our stay was the first week of December and I'm sure would be even better in the summer months, where you could take advantage of the awesome backyard, deck and pool. Check-in process was flawless and the host communicated very quickly throughout the rental. There was an issue with the upstairs HVAC upon arrival and the host quickly had a service team arrive and correct it. The kitchen was well equipped and the theater room in the basement was a great feature. If you have younger folks, the garage is loaded with activity options plus the pool table and PacMan machine. Our group was 6 adults and the only challenge for a larger group would be the available number of full baths, otherwise the property will be shared with others visiting Greensboro and the GAC.
