Perfect location - just steps to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great communication from the host as well.

Great little place right next to the beach. We had a really wonderful stay. My only complaint was that they condo was not as clean as I would have hoped. I did tell the host about it and he was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great location to both the Jammer and Harris Teeter (grocery store). Pefect size for what we needed. Some comments, but they by no means take away from the great experience. 1. Upon arrival it seemed there was larger than normal amount of sand on the floors. 2. Please refill the first aid kit.3. A keurig world be great!

It is a constant battle with sand at these front beach condos, we will refill the first aid kit, and the owner does not want a Keurig as they are not great for the environment with all the plastic. Good location. We stayed here for a short trip and really liked the renovated decor inside the condo. Unfortunately, we encountered some cleanliness issues upon arrival, including a strong odor that required us to air out the space. The balcony was also uncleaned and in need of renovation. Because our stay was so brief, we chose to handle what we could ourselves during the trip, but we did notify the host/realtor immediately after checking out so these areas can be addressed for future guests. The overall complex is older and in need of roof repair and cleaning, particularly of the outside porch-like walkways to the condos. We did enjoy the pool and the beach access.

We love staying at IOP and love the sea cabins amenities such as the pool and pier. Very convenient to the beach and other activities. The room was newly renovated and nice. The only downside was the room could have been cleaned better (upon arrival there were dirty dishes that had been put away, the floors were still sandy and the some of the kitchen drawers had crumbs). Excellent communication with the host.

The place is extra clean and cute, everything you could need in kitchen. Beautiful walk in shower too. Convenient to many restaurants some within walking distance, others a short nice ride away! We are in our late seventies and we had such a great, relaxing fun time! Thank you Robert (rental agent who is fabulous)! We will be back!
