The apartment was immaculate. I had a 10 day stay and it was perfect. So nice to have the parking so close, having the laundry facilities was a huge plus, everything I needed away from home. Very comfortable stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Fenton Flats. The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. A nice tavern across the street to have meals and play corn hole and other lawn games. Also, just a few miles from town with great shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to clean the pan you found in the oven, we sincerely apologize that it was missed during inspection. We also appreciate you letting us know about the dryer issue so we can address it right away. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed your stay and would love to welcome you back in August! We are booking quickly for that time, if you are interested in staying again, I would recommend reserving your stay sooner rather than later. Thanks again!

We loved our stay at the Fenton Flats. Apartment was super cute with ample room. The building and grounds were well maintained and very clean. Great location too. Just minutes from Lake Fenton/Fenton and across the street from a great restaurant. Property owners were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Fenton Flats!!!!
