This place was amazing for our large family week long gathering! We hosted a total of 6 kids and four couples here and all had such a great time. It was fun yet cozy and such a wonderful time! They had all the amenities that were needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for others!

A house and cabin are located here. It was well stocked with needed items and supplies as well as entertainment options. The host was very responsive.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool. The kids loved the game room, and everyone appreciated having space to spread out.The property is quiet and private, but it’s still an easy drive to Asheville and other nearby attractions. Everything was well organized, and check-in and check-out were simple.This is one of those places that feels like home as soon as you walk in. We are definitely staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Took my wife and a group of friends up here for a weekend and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of fun activities to do with pool table, hot tub, ping pong, etc. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone with a large family as there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Beautiful house and property! We really enjoyed our family get together..there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The kids stayed entertained all weekend with all the games and activities available. The pool and hot tub were great additions, and the extra guest house gave us even more space and flexibility. Overall, it was a great place for a family gathering and we’d definitely stay again - preferably when the pool is open!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was lovely and spacious enough to accommodate my family comfortably. The guest house/accessory dwelling was perfect for our older teens. Definitely would book again-especially during the warmers months, to utilize the pool! Thanks!

Perfect for my 40th birthday get together

The place was just as advertised. Great space for 12 adults to hang out and spend a long weekend together. We had a lot of fun in the pool and basketball areas and it met all of our needs (and then some). Great place!

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I came from around the US and met at this estate in Asheville. We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful, clean, well kept and stocked, and perfect for a family gathering. The hosts were also excellent communicators and responded to our inquires very quickly. They also had great recommendations for the area. Would love to stay there again!

This house is awesome! Though we took a trip to the Biltmore and Ashville, you don't need to leave the house for entertainment.

Beautiful property

Beautiful house and property. Family of 14 had lots of room to relax and play. The spacious backyard was like having a private dog park for our pup! The kids especially enjoyed the pool and making s’mores around the fire pit! Our host was very attentive to all are needs.

The property is amazing, very large, very clean, lots of space. We stayed in July 2026 with 13 people, including 7 teens and a dog. We were very appreciative that we got to bring our furbaby with us. We had plenty of room to spread out and never felt crowded. Other rental properties should take note of the level and speed of responsiveness, communication and information provided by property mgmt throughout the whole rental process, including digital guides for reference during your stay. The pool is one of the nicest ones we've had at a rental property, and was one of the main reasons we selected this property. It did not disappoint -- and our teens really enjoyed having 2 basketball hoops. The guest house was definitely a plus. We didn't feel the pots and pans provided were sufficient for a house that sleeps 16, but we made do, and there was an issue with the bottom dishwasher rack not rolling out. It had to be lifted in and out. We let management know and hopefully that will be corrected for future renters, but don't let it be a deal breaker. We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again if we are ever in the Asheville area. Thanks for a great time!

We had the best experience! Everything was so inviting. The home, the grounds and surrounding town were truly charming. The host’s communication was excellent. They even went so far as to mail us an item we left, at no cost to us. We are already planning our next stay with them!

This place was absolutely perfect for us! Had so much to do on the cold days! Air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool, basketball. The guest house had a hot tub which the teenagers loved!!!! Every detail was thought of right down to providing toothbrushes with tiny toothpaste in every bathroom!We did have Internet issues and they were very responsive (I am a computer consultant so armed with the info I was able to fix the issues). I believe it was a one time thing.The property is gorgeous. The house has so much room you could be with everyone or you could be by yourself!We were there for Thanksgiving but this house would be perfect any season!

Great Valentines Weekend

The property is a bit out of the way but is exactly as described and we really enjoyed our stay. Place is well done and we didn't even have time to enjoy all the amenities with just staying over the weekend. We would ask the owners to look for a new mattress in the Master on the main floor as the present one has worn out. Other than that, nothing but good things to say about our stay and the house in general. We want to come back when the pool is open with more friends and family.

Hurricane Helene

Hurricane Helene arrived Asheville soon after we checked in. The home is beautiful and in a good location. Unfortunately, without electricity or running water, it was unusable during our visit. After a day of helping to clear the road from downed trees and debris, we found a way out. We received a full refund, which we all appreciate. Thank you. Hope we can return again under better circumstances.

Spacious with a pool

Lots of room to roam. Large guest house next door was a plus. Two master bedrooms in the main house was a plus. Lots of parking available. Most of the home is updated. Lots of games to play in the house - Ping pong, pool, basketball, air hockey, foosball, etc. The property manager was always available by phone during our stay to answer our questions. Drive into Asheville center about 20 minutes and the property had a car service to call should you need one. My only suggestion would be to have a better (stronger ) wi-fi as certain areas in the home did not get a signal. No signal down by the pool either. Bring your hot spot if you are working during your stay. Overall, a nice stay with plenty of room and privacy.

The family really enjoyed staying at the 5 acres estate. The home and the grounds were clean and well maintained. Was able to enjoy the pool, hot tub and the fun amenities they offer. I would recommend staying here and I look forward to returning!

This property was amazing! Everything was very clean and welcoming. The pool was wonderful for both kids and adults alike and we were in short driving distance to activities in Asheville. The host was VERY responsive to our needs, including sending tech to replace the batteries in the front door lock when it stopped working temporarily. We will definitely be back!
