Great property! Unassuming from the outside, it hides a lovely oasis of a back yard with a HUGE pool. We had three families, 14 people, and about 1,987 children and we loved it.

We had an amazing stay! The house was completely clean when we checked in. The pictures of the pool and backyard space do not do it justice! The pool was one of the most amazing parts of our trip, very clean, very warm, and enjoyed by all! Great location and close to a lot of restaurants in town.

Pool was AMAZING and super great to have. The beach is walkable although part of the walk there doesn’t have a sidewalk. House was great and had everything we needed, definitely make sure you’re bringing not only linens for the beds but also towels for the showers as they are also not provided. All 12 of us fit without a problem and had a great time, and the host Tom was super helpful and accommodating!

Family Time

The house was clean, roomy and had thoughtful items to make us feel at home the first night, and plenty of convenience items for the full stay. Great back yard for the kids too!

Great property close to beach

Overall really wonderful house. Some issues with sand on floor, but that is pretty common in beach houses. Hosts are communicative and professional.

This house was perfect for our family. The hosts were incredibly responsive to all our needs - the grill was functioning poorly and the hosts replaced it the next day. The pool is fantastic - no expense spared in its construction. You can walk to the beach but it’s a bit of a hike with a chair. We chose to enjoy the pool and it was heaven. Beds were comfortable. Front screened in porch perfect for a crab feast. Kitchen is spacious and plenty of space to relax. The only negative about the house is the city garage across the street but while floating in the pool it is quickly forgotten. This is definitely a gem - do not pass it up! Thanks to Tom and Sean for a wonderful week!

It was the perfect home for my family to stay and celebrate our family reunion. The swimming pool was the perfect recipe for that extra enjoyment by all including the kids. Distance to the ocean and boardwalk was great and we enjoyed the local restaurants! The only thing that caught us by surprise was that upon our arrival, the refrigerator had not been cleaned out or cleared of items from the last client who stayed. It took a little time to clean out and wipe down before putting our food in. We realize this can happen anywhere or to anyone, but the checkout instructions were clear that this process was required. The owner was very responsive to all questions we had, and they made sure to follow up with us when needed,

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve shared this with our cleaning team to ensure our standards are always met. It was our understanding that ice pops were left in the freezer. We wish we knew during your stay so we could have had the cleaners come bavck. We sincerely apologize and have updated our guidelines so this doesn't happen again. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Wonderful Rehobeth Memories!

The perfect place for a group of old friends to reconnect on the occasion of a celebration of life of one of our mentors. The house lent itself perfectly to gathering and reflecting and laughing and tearing up some too. Thank you!
